National health and family planning commission puts forward higher requirements on hospital medical quality management with the reform of medical and health field and conduct of a new round hospital accreditation.To explore and apply digital medical quality management to improve the level of medical quality management,regulate the behavior of medical service and protect the safety of medical treatmentm is inevitable trend of hospital survival and development.The basic theory of medical quality management and digital medical quality management at home and abroad were comprehensive analysis in the research,which including the concept of medical quality,medical quality management,digital medical quality management and the methods of medical quality management and digital medical quality management.On this basis,digital construction of medical quality management was studied detailedly on a hospital in Hebei province and digital medical quality management principle was put forward.Then,the practice of digital medical quality management in the hospital was analyzed in five aspects,which are digital medical quality whole-process management,digital medical quality comprehensive management,digital medical quality fine management management,digital medical quality security management and improving management quality with management tool.In the end,developing the hospital medical quality management effect evaluation index system which accord to the scientific,systematic,operability,independence,representative,sensitivity principle and hospital practice.Six classes hospital indicators were analyzed,which are medical number,work efficiency,diagnosis and treatment quality,service efficiency,patient satisfaction and medical safety,and the medical quality indicators of which were evaluated comprehensively with TOPSIS method.Effect and deficiency of digital medical quality management in the hospital were summarized,and measures of improving digital medical quality management were put forward in the study,as well as suggestion of popularizing digital medical quality management was raised.
