Objective:To investigate the Correlation between Qi asthenia and TNF-?,MCP-1,LEP,ADPN in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,provide a theoretical basis for the correlation between type 2 diabetes and complications for TCM diagnosis and treatment,but also for type 2diabetes and complications of patients with preventive and health care reference.Method:According to the criteria of inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups through the questionnaire survey: Qi asthenia group and Non Qi asthenia group,and collected general information and Clinical examination index,The levels of TNF-?,MCP-1,LEP and ADPN were measured by ELISA,and the correlation indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:1.The average duration of Qi asthenia group was 8.4±5.3,and the average duration of the Non Qi asthenia group was 4.3±4.7.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age,sex and blood pressure(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in Hb A1 c,FPG,2h PG,TG and HDL between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference between LDL and CHOL(P<0.05).At BMI,the BMI of the Qi asthenia group was 25.73±3.52,and the BMI of the Non Qi asthenia group was 22.88±2.60.There was significant difference between the two groups in BMI(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-?,MCP-1 and LEP in Qi asthenia group were significantly higher than those in Non Qi asthenia group(P<0.05).The level of ADPN was significantly lower than that of Non Qi asthenia group(P<0.05).3.Qi asthenia group of Hb A1 c level and FPG,2 HFPG level was significantly positive correlation(P<0.05).2 HFPG level and ADPN level was significantly positive correlation(P<0.05),the levels of CHOL were positively correlated with the levels of LDL,HDL and TG,and the level of MCP-1 was positively correlated with the level of LEP(P<0.05),and ADPN level has significant negative correlation(P<0.05).IN Non Qi asthenia group,There was a significant positive correlation between CHOL level and LDL and TG levels(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between HDL level and TNF-? level(P<0.05).TG level and LEP level has significant negative correlation(P< 0.05).4.Qi asthenia group was positively correlated with MCP-1(B=0.138,OR=1.148),which was significantly negatively correlated with ADPN(B=-1.571,OR =0.208).Conclusion:1.The constitution of Qi asthenia group and longer course of disease,overweight are more common.2.The levels of TNF-?,MCP-1 and LEP in Qi asthenia group were higher than those in Non Qi asthenia group,and ADPN was lower than that of Non Qi asthenia group,which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.3.In both groups,LEP,TNF-? levels may affect blood lipid levels,ADPN,MCP-1 may affect blood glucose levels,may cause constitution of traditional Chinese medicine differences.4.There was a positive correlation between Qi asthenia group and MCP-1,and negatively correlated with ADPN.Therefore,MCP-1 and ADPN might interact with type 2 diabetes mellitus and affect the progress of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
