The Reseach Of The "Internet+" Clinical Reservation Service Model

With the development of social economy and the release of health care for residents,quality medical resources of China becomes harder to get and afford.We believe that a fundamental change in the rapid development of internet economy is totally transforming the life style we Chinese behaves.The imbalance of medical is being exacerbating more according to supply and demand.The key to match the Internet technique with Traditional medical effectively to promote the healthcare industry better has been the central issue from all social levels.The purpose of this paper is to make an in-depth analysis of the characteristics of the Internet economic model and the medical market.Using the advantages of electronic data transmission and resource sharing on Internet technique matches with the patient—doctor's information asymmetry and the resource allocation imbalance,to explore a new “Internet+” Medical model to solve the traditional medical and health industry problems.In this study,we use the bibliometric method to summarize and analyze the research on “Internet +” medical model from home and aboard,and put forward the concept of “internet +” Clinical Reservation Service by using problem-oriented method.The “Internet +” Clinical Reservation Service can have macro analysis and industry analysis by Strategic Management Theory,including SWTO-PEST Model and Michael Porter's Five Forces Model.After confirming the value of the model,we set out to design the structural function and operation platform,then to deduce the core function.In the end,the paper uses the factor composition analysis method to analyze the model's factors and text its core value,competitive strength.With the “Internet +” Clinical Reservation Service model,patients from small and medium cities and towns in rural areas can make the online-group-reservation for medical experts from large city.It will come true that local patients can enjoy the treatment services from medical experts of big urban large hospital.The model will promote the efficient matching of both doctors and patients as well as the rational use of medical resources.The model can also effectively use the high quality medical resources to guide the patients to the primary health institutions,which is good for the development of primary health institutions and social fairness of getting medical treatment.From what has been discussed above,the model has a broad market space and huge potential,as well as social and economic benefits.
