Yuping Three Skin Nourishing Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema (Two Blood Deficiency Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Objective: According to the observation of clinical efficacy of "qi and blood,chills and itching" Law prepared "Yuping three skin nourishing soup" treatment of chronic eczema(both blood deficiency),and the impact on quality of life in patients with chronic eczema and explore its mechanism of action,efficacy,safety,and thus the clinical treatment of chronic recurrent,prolonged healing eczema to provide a safe and effective method of treatment.Selection methods: Select Sichuan Chinese Medicine Hospital dermatology clinic met the inclusion criteria,80 subjects were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group(40 cases)to Chinese Yuping three skin nourishing soup,desloratadine oral tablet;control group of 40 patients to anhydride compound licorice capsules,desloratadine oral tablet,two groups were given furoate MO betamethasone cream for external use as a common basis.Visit once a week,four weeks of continuous treatment,patients before and after treatment,symptoms and signs of change,and record adverse reactions and relapse cases,the result of two sets of data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 18.0,to make clinical therapeutic efficacy.Results: Completed a total of 75 cases of patients in clinical studies,the treatment group 38 cases,4 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective in 11 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency of 73.68%;control group,37 cases,2 cases were cured,10 cases markedly effective in 12 cases,13 cases,the total efficiency of 64.86%.After statistical analysis,the two groups was statistically significant difference(P <0.05),described the treatment group than the control group,but the difference is small.The degree of improvement in patients with pruritus,rash and general condition,the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);especially to compare two groups of cure and recurrence rates markedly,with a significant difference(P <0.01),indicating the treatment group can significantly reduce the recurrence rate than the control group.In clinical studies during the two groups were not significant adverse reactions.Conclusion: Yuping three skin nourishing soup can improve skin lesions and systemic symptoms of chronic eczema,shorten treatment,and effective than the control group,high security,no significant adverse reactions,especially can significantly reduce the recurrence rate,worthy of promotion applications.
