Objective To study the evaluation value of pulmonary function test for tuberculosis patients and treatment outcome. Methods Selected 100 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis from January 2015 to July2016 in our hospital, which were divided into group A(lesions < 2 lung field)42cases,group B(lesions of 2 or 3 lung field)36 cases and group C(lesions 4 lung field or higher)22 cases.Respectively compared three groups of FVC,FEV1 / FVC levels before and after the treatment. In addition, according to different types of cases divided into ? group(wellability tuberculosis)41 cases,? group(chronic fiber cavity tuberculosis)37 cases,? group(tuberculosis of su li sex),22 cases.Respectively compared three groups of FVC,FEV1 / FVC levels before and after the treatment. Results A,B group of patients FVC and FEV1 / FVC were significantly higher than that of group C,group A was significantly higher than that of group B;Treatment for2 months,5 months and FEV1 / FVC A and B group were significantly higher than that of group C,and group A was significantly higher than that of group B;Three groups before treatment of FVC,FEV1 / FVC contrast there was no significant difference of ?,? group after treatment, respectively, after treatment of FVC,FEV1/ FVC were significantly higher than that of ? group, and ? group is significantly higher than ? group. These differences were statistically significant(all P < 0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, lung function in patients with through testing and evaluating patients severity and treatment effect.Which is sensitive index for tuberculosis treatment outcomes in patients with lung function.
