The private medical institution,which is non-state owned,personal invested and profitmaking,is complementary to the public medical institution.After the reform and open up,our country has carried out Medical reform policy.Therefore,private funds and overseas investment are permitted in the medical and health services with the purpose to promote benign competition,activate the medical market,and provide better service to the people.At present,the most difficult problem of the private medical institutions is the lack of high-end medical talents with professional skills.The study object of this thesis is Ningbo YK Physical Examination Medical Center,which is a private medical institution located in Ningbo,Zhejiang.Essentially speaking,the private medical institution is an enterprise and human resources is the core competitiveness.Therefore,the acquiring of human resources is of remarkable importance to this private medical institution.Ningbo YK physical examination Medical center is lately established with small scale,and is in the period of its growth.So there are still problems in all aspects.The physical examination center does not have a complete human resource management system,neither has it set up the human resources management department with specialized staff.As far as the documents of human resources acquirement are concerned,the institution has only simple ones containing explanation documents of positions and duties,staff records,management of labor relation and staff recruitment.Meanwhile,there are more problems in reasonable staffing,the lack of medical staff and urgent needs of medical staff in some important positions.According to the staff and position composition of Ningbo YK physical examination center,it could only provide basic service and is lack of long-term sustainable development.Currently,YK Physical Examination Medical Center has big problem in recruiting the corresponding medical staff which has seriously affected its daily operation and sustainable development.Although there are many researches on human resources management of the private medical institutions,there are very few researches on human resource acquirement.The purpose of this thesis is to solve the problem of human resources acquirement in Ningbo YK Physical Examination Medical Center,and to provide reference for the other private medical institutions of similar kinds.Through the study of field work,staff interview and questionnaire survey,the author has successfully solved the problem of all three aspects in the human resources acquirement in Ningbo YK Physical Examination Medical Center based on the methods of qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis and comparative analysis.And this perfectly solves the biggest problem in the development of YK Physical Examination Medical Center.
