Objective:The purpose of this study is to finish the construction of nursing managers' non power influence evaluation index system,to provide a scientific and theoretical basis to improve the quality of nursing management and nursing service level,to promote the overall development of the hospital.Methods:(1)Literature review,in-depth interview and open questionnaire survey:The basic framework of the evaluation index system of the non power influence of nursing managers was finished.(2)Delphi expert consultation: Investigators used two rounds of Delphi expert consultation to determine the evaluation index system.(3)Questionnaire survey:According to the constructed evaluation index system,investigators implemented a questionnaire survey to some nursing managers in a hospital,the reliability and validity of the index system were measured and analyzed.Results:1.The statistical results showed that the effective rate of two rounds of questionnaires were 96.67%,the enthusiasm of experts to participate in the study was high;the authority coefficient of experts was 0.878,the authoritative degrees of experts was at good levels;First grade index coordination coefficient of two rounds of expert consultation were0.162,0.249(P<0.05),two level index coordination coefficient were 0.161,0.248(P<0.05),three level index coordination coefficient were 0.191,0.205(P<0.05),indicating that the consensus of second round was higher than the first round,the experts' consensus was great.The preliminary construction of the nursing managers' non power influence evaluation index system includes 3 first-level indicators,6 two-level indexes,27three-level indexes.2.Determine the weight of the indicators at all levels,the first level indicators:character 0.6232,ability 0.1373,emotion,0.2395.Two level indicators: moral 0.3116,quality 0.3116,interpersonal skills 0.1030,nursing management ability 0.0340,caring compassionate subordinate 0.1916,establishing harmonious relationship between leaders and followers 0.0479.Part of the three indicators;honesty 0.0464,integrity 0.0352,justice0.0602,tolerance 0.0602,responsibility 0.0830.3.The nursing management evaluation index system of non power influence were measured,SPSS17.0 analysis showed that the Krone Bach coefficient of the whole evaluation index was 0.959,the Krone Bach coefficient of first level index was from 0.830 to 0.950,the Krone Bach coefficient of two level index was from 0.737 to 0.938.The content validity index of the scale was 0.87,and the content validity index of item level ranged from 0.62 to 1.Exploratory factor analysis showed 6 factors,KMO =0.823,x2=3209.954,P=0.000,the loading range of each factor was from 0.53 to 0.87.the validity of the index system was good.Conclusion:1.This study initially constructed the evaluation index system of the non power influence of nursing managers,including 3 first level indicators,6 two-level indicators and 27 three-level of indicators,determined the weight of indicators at all levels and the specific indicators.2.After the questionnaire survey,the results showed that the evaluation index system had good reliability and validity...
