Efficacy Of Pramipexole Extended Release Tablets In The Treatment Of Non-motor Symptoms Of Parkinson's Disease

Objective:Discussion hydrochloride sustained-release tablets Pramipexole clinical efficacy for the treatment of idiopathic Parkinson's disease motor symptoms(Non-motor symptoms,NMS)terms.Methods:To be collected in October 2015 period from 1 July 2016 the date of July 1,Shanxi Medical University Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi and the neurology clinic of 80 patients with non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's patients with clinical data(using the latest diagnostic MDS standard),using random allocation into Duo Basi hydrazine-piece set with pramipexole extended release tablets group,by 4 weeks and 12 weeks of drug titration of drug maintenance period,and 2,4,6,8,respectively,10,14,16 weeks of follow-up observations using the Hamilton anxiety scale,the Hamilton Rating scale for depression,Parkinson's disease sleep scale and cognitive functions were observed scale scores,and record adverse reactions were observed alone Duo Basi hydrazine piece set with Duo Basi hydrazine sheet joint effect of sustained-release tablets of pramipexole in the treatment group of non-motor symptoms.Results:The therapeutic effect of Pramipex Slow Release Tablets on sleep disorders,anxiety and depression was significantly different from that of doparazine tablets alone(P <0.05),and the difference was significant(P <0.05)However,there was no significant differencebetween the two groups in cognitive dysfunction,sensory disturbance and autonomic dysfunction(P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)pramipexole extended release tablets as a novel dopamine receptor agonists,for the treatment of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease have a good effect;(2)for the treatment of Parkinson's disease program,the average dose of the drug.less than abroad,has a good safety;(3)pramipexole extended release tablets for the treatment of motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease also have a good effect;.
