| Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the sustained viral responses in chronic HCV infected patients who treat with DAAs(Directly acting antivirals).Methods:111 patients(naive and experienced patients were involved)who have got DAAs treatment in the infectious disease clinic of our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were involved in this investigation.then make a follow-up visit about HCV genotyping、the HCV-RNA、liver function、blood count analysis、renal function(before,in and after the treatment)and imageological examinations.Those patients were grouped by genotyping、liver disease severity、treatment、before treatment.At last summarize the EVR 、 RVR 、SVR in different groups.whether this drug effcts HCV-RNA and other biochemical tests were analyzed by statistic method.Record the untoward effects in those patients.Results:In genotype 1b patients,the patients treated with SOF+DAL,the negative conversion ratio of patients(hepatitis c and cirrhosis of the liver)at 2w was 97.7%,4w、12w were all 100%(43/43).Among the patients treated with Harvoni,the negative conversion ratio at 2w was 89.4%(42/47),4w,12 w were 100%(47/47).In genotype 2a patients,the patients treated with SOF+RBV,the negative conversion ratio of patients at2w、4w、12w were all 100%(21/21).In the group of SOF+DAL,96.7%(32/33)achievedSVR12,In the group of Harvoni,95.7%(22/23)achieved SVR12.in the group of SOF/PEG-INF/RBV SVR12 was 100%(4/4).In patients with genotype 2a,treated with SOF+RBV,included 9 treatment-na?ve patients and 3 previously treated patients all(100%,12/12)achieved SVR12.95.3%(41/43)of the 1b patients achieved SVR,100%(6/6)of the 2a patients achieved SVR.Among 158 patients who have tested genotypes,are almost 1b and 2a.1b type is 123 cases(77.9%),2a type is 30 patients(19.0%),other genotypes has 5 cases(3.1%).Conclusions:1.the negative conversion ratio of patients(hepatitis c and cirrhosis of the liver)at2w,4w,12 w was good.2.95.7%~100% of the patients who had DAAs achieved SVR12;93.3%~100% of the patients who had DAAs achieved SVR24.3.This drug can help to recovery the liver function,control the hepatitis c virus and didn’t make too much difference to blood count analysis、renal function.4.In Shanxi Province,Hepatitis c genotyping is mainly distributed in type 1 b and 2a,1 b type distribution is given priority to.5.The distribution of hepatitis c genotyping has no obvious difference with the lesion severity. |
