Objective:To separate from children with different clinical manifestations of tinea capitis in hotan area of26strains dog microspore bacteria genotyping using ISSR-PCR technology, analyzes the dog microspore microbes gene polymorphism in the region, and confirmed the ISSR-PCR genotyping techniques for dog microspore bacteria research method is feasible. Methods:355cases of patients with tinea capitis specimen examination training, exact identification based on morphology and molecular biology method for dog microspore microbes from26strains using ISSR-polymerase chain reaction (PCR), with primer CCA genotyping and ACA, analyze its gene polymorphism. Results:355patients with tinea capitis in26patients with small spore fungus infection.26strains bacteria are divided into17primers CCA genotype, primers ACA is divided into five genotypes. Tinea capitis in26children with clinical manifestation for performance and minority kerion favus samples, genotype and clinical types are uncorrelated. Conclusion:Separation in children with different clinical manifestations of tinea capitis26strains dog microspore bacteria bacterium was divided into17genotype, show that dogs microspore bacteria strains of bacteria is not highly gene homology, ISSR combined with primer PCR method CCA is dog microspore microbes genotyping of simple and feasible method. The method of dog microspore microbes leads to the treatment of tinea capitis were followed up and find the cause of relapse provides powerful means.
