Objective:Tic disorders(TD)often accompanied with psychological and behavioral problems,drug therapy has its limitations.Comprehensive Behavioral Interventions for Tics(CBIT)as a kind of psychological therapy has its unique advantages,its superiority has been approved in the international professional field,and its specific treatment in domestic haven't been reported.This study aims to explore the effectiveness of combining CBIT with Tiapride to treat children's tic disorders in order to find a better treatment.Methods:31 cases in accordance with the criteria for the diagnosis of TD in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Fifth Edition(DSM-V)aged 8~13 as the research objects,were randomly divided into the research group(CBIT joint Tiapride)and the control group(use Tiapride alone).To observe the treatment effect of a total of 4 months,applied Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)and Clinical Global Impression(CGI)score and efficacy comparison respectively before the treatment,after treatment of 1 month,2 months and 4months.Using SPSS17.0 software package to create the database and perform statistical analysis.Data processing count data using X~2 test,measurement data using t-test,ranked data processing with Wilcoxon.Two groups of overall comparison using two-factor repeated measurement data analysis of variance,comparison between groups using group t-test,comparison in the group with repeated measurement data of multiple comparison matching t-test,namely Bonferroni method,? = 0.05 is the test level.Results:After 1 month of treatment,the differences of motor tics scores were statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups,after 2 and 4 months of therapy,the differences of impaired scores between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),of which there was significant difference after 2 months of treatment(P<0.01).The rest of the each factor scores each point in time compared between groups,there were no statistically difference(P>0.05).Within two groups,the three factors scores in the fourth month after treatment compared with before treatment,in addition to the vocal tics scores of the research group particularly,differences were statistically significant(P<0.008),after 2 month of treatment compared with 1 month after treatment,the differences of the scores had no statistically significant difference(P>0.008).Compared the each point CGI-S,CGI-I before and after treatment between the two groups,there were no statistically significant difference(p>0.05).Within groups,compared before and after treatment in CGI-S between each point,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).There were not severe adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Using CBIT joint Tiapride not only can relieve motor tics and vocal tics better,also can improve impaired more effectively.
