Objective:The correlation through the study of type 2 diabetic patients with different TCM syndrome types with sex, age, body mass index, smoking history, drinking history, family history, homocysteine, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, provide the reference for TCM syndrome differentiation. Methods:From December 2015 to December 2016 in Shanxi Province,Jincheng Coal Group General Hospital Department of traditional Chinese medicine clinic and Department of endocrinology clinic first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in 254 cases, including 168 cases of male, female 86 cases, age 27-84 years old, average 54.24±11.94 years. The diagnostic criteria included were in accord with the 2013 release of "Chinese type 2 diabetes type 2 diabetes prevention guide",in reference to the 2002 "Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principle" of the Chinese medicine dialectical typing, divided into two deficiency of yin deficiency and heat syndrome, damp spleen syndrome and Qi Yin deficiency two,Yin and Yang, blood stasis and water stagnation and blood stasis.Of which 55 cases of yin deficiency heat syndrome, hot and humid spleen syndrome in 35 cases,Qi and Yin Deficiency in 43 cases, yin and yang deficiency, blood stasis in 47 cases,74 cases of blood stasis syndrome. After a detailed medical history, physical examination, and laboratory testing of the relevant indicators. At the same time selected healthy physical examination in our hospital during the same period as a control group of 31 cases, records of gender and age, smoking history, drinking history, family history, height, weight, body mass index, check homocysteine, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein protein and other related laboratory tests, respectively, and in the group of patients with type 2 diabetes compared. All measurement data using`x±s for statistical description, consistent with normality and homogeneity of variance,ANOVA,variance analysis for statistical significance,LSD method was used to compare between 22 groups,do not accord with normal or unequal variances of measurement data and the Wilcoxon test was used for comparison among multiple groups the frequency;count data using statistical description, using c2 test results were statistically analyzed with SPSS22.0.Results:1.The ratio of male and female patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in this study was 1.95:1,that is,the proportion of male patients with type 2 diabetes was higher(P<0.05).2.Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly more likely than those who had a history of alcohol consumption(P<0.05).3.There are 52% of type 2 diabetes patients with hyperhomocysteinemia, with mild elevation(15-30umol/L),and the main differences between the traditional Chinese medicine HCY is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Patients with type 2 diabetes syndromes among patients with fasting blood glucose had no significant difference(P>0.05),glycosylated hemoglobin deficiency two Yin and Yang, blood stasis and water retention syndrome were significantly higher than those in patients with blood stasis(P<0.05).Type 2 diabetes patients with damp heat trapped spleen weight were significantly higher than that in Yin deficiency and heat syndrome,Qi Yin deficiency, blood stasis in two patients(P<0.05).Damp spleen syndrome in patients with BMI was significantly higher than that of yin deficiency and heat syndrome,Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis in two patients(P<0.05).The total cholesterol in patients with damp heat and spleen deficiency syndrome was significantly higher than that of yin and yang deficiency, two cases of blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05).High density lipoprotein damp spleen syndrome patients was significantly lower than in patients with blood stasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In this study, the percentage of male patients was higher than female.2.The influence of drinking on type 2 diabetes needs further study.3.Homocysteine and type 2 diabetes mellitus TCM syndrome is closely related to the different response to different levels of homocysteine, that can be a reference index of homocysteine as TCM dialectical type of type 2 diabetes mellitus.4.Patients with type 2 diabetes have abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism, the damp spleen with lipid metabolic disorder syndrome was the most serious,so for damp spleen syndrome patients should pay more attention to the blood lipid level, timely medication intervention, and to emphasize the importance of weight control.
