BackgroundIndividual differences in the anatomical structure of the human body determine the different shape of the knee, the traditional knee replacement surgery osteotomy point positioning, the use of mold, are subject to many restrictions, and often difficult to predict the actual preoperative lower limb line, prosthesis models and osteotomy volume.ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of individual customized osteotomy guide plate prepared by computer 3-D printing technique in knee arthroplasty.MethodsThe patients who underwent knee osteoarthritis were enrolled in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016.According to the Kellgren-Lawrence X-ray grading, the grade was grade III to IV,25 of which were 25 knee arthroplasty Using 3D customized osteotomy guide plates,27 patients with 27 knee arthroplasty were treated with conventional surgery. There were no significant differences in sex, age,BMI,mechanical force line and HSS score between the two groups before and after operation. The operation time, knife length, blood loss, postoperative mechanical force line One month after surgery, three months of HSS score.ResultsThe postoperative hip-knee-ankle angle of the 3-D custom group was(1.44 ± 1.38)°,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)compared with the conventional group(2.28 ± 1.70)(367.4 ± 47.2)ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the operation time of 3-D custom group was(95.6 ± 24.9)ml,(T = 3.261,P =0.000).There was no significant difference in knee joint activity and HSS score between the two groups(114.5 ± 17.8)min in the conventional group.ConclusionIndividual 3-D customized osteotomy plate in the application of knee replacement surgery can get a more accurate mechanical axis, while effectively reducing the amount of surgical bleeding.
