Clinical Study Of Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation(PFNA)in Treatment Of Intertrochanteric Fracture Of Type A2

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)in the treatment of type A2 femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods From October 2015 to October 2016,a total of 80 patients with type A2 femoral intertrochanteric fractures treated with PFNA in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were classified as A2 type fractures according to AO classification,all of which were closed unilateral intertrochanteric fractures,including 33 males and 47 females,aged from 65 to 93.,and average age of 74.51±9.20.Records of each patient's basic information,fracture type,operation time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative fluoroscopy times,postoperative ambulation time,fracture healing time,postoperative complications,postoperative Harris score.Results:A total of 80 patients were followed up,and 4 patients were lost to follow-up,and lost rate of 5%.All the 76 patients were followed up,and all the patients were followed up for 6-18 months.The average operation time was 63.75±7.75 min,the average incision length of 6.46±0.92 cm,the average intraoperative blood loss was 108.62±14.64 ml,the average intraoperative fluoroscopy times were 13.45±1.74 patients after surgery,the average time of 10.37±1.83 days,the average fracture healing time was 74.63±12.04 days,according to Harris,the hip joint standard for evaluation: excellent in 19 cases,good in 34 cases,21 cases,poor in 2 cases,the excellent rate was 69.74%.Concultion: Minimally invasive PFNA technique is a reliable method for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of type A2 femoral fractures.The procedure is short,the trauma is small,the fixation is reliable and the early functional exercise is allowed to reduce the complications.However,the number of X-ray exposure.Femoral intertrochanteric fractures in our region the incidence rate increased year by year,the use of PFNA in our hospital treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture follow-up study,fully affirmed its clinical efficacy,is a worthy of promotion of the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures Surgical methods,the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in our region to provide a theoretical basis.
