Objective Through the retrospective analysis of the characteristics of opportunistic infections and the prognostic factors of 68 cases of AIDS patients,In order to provide some basis for clinical prevention and treatment of AIDS patients with opportunistic infections. Methods Selected 68 cases of AIDS patients who were hospitalized in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital related departments from August 2008 to October 2016,and confirmed by the Ningxia Centers for Disease Prevention and Control. The diagnosis of patients were discharged with AIDS related opportunistic infections,Collect relevant information including demographic characteristics, with all kinds of opportunistic infections, the number of opportunistic infections, the number of CD4+T cells in opportunistic infections, and grouped by patient's prognosis(survival and death).First,we conducted a descriptive analysis of the basic characteristics of the population and the opportunistic infection, then analysis of prognostic factors by statistical software SPSS 22.0.Statistical description mainly adopts relative number while statistical inference mainly adopts X2 test and fisher precision and Logistic regression analysis.Results(1)68 cases of AIDS merged opportunistic infections,Male 52,female16,male to female ratio of 3.3:1.Aged between 12 and 74 years old,the average age(38.93 ± 12.70)years old.18 to 39 years old accounted for 63.24%(43/68).In the majority with the han nationality, accounted for 64.71%(44/68).Married or cohabiters accounted for 58.82%(40/68).Infection pathways were predominantly neutral infection, accounting for 69.12%(47/68).Among the investigated patients, junior high school and the following junior high school cultural level accounted for 75%.Occupation distribution is decentralized, mainly farmers/migrant workers, unemployed hunters, accounted for 72.06%(49/68).(2)68 cases of AIDS merged opportunistic infections, the top five opportunistic infection diseases were(Some patients have multiple infections):Bacterial pneumonia(55.88%),oral leukoplakia(50%),Pneumocystis pneumonia(45.59%),herpes zoster(27.94%),pulmonary tuberculosis and extrapulmonary tuberculosis(22.06%).Among them,AIDS patients combined with two and more than two kinds of opportunistic infections accounted for 89.71%(61/68).(3)68 cases of AIDS merged opportunistic infections,a total of 66 patients with CD4+T cell count of less than 200/ul,the highest incidence of opportunistic infections was 39.71%(27/68)when CD4+T cell counts ranged from 50/ul to100/ul cells.(4)Prognostic factors of 68 cases of AIDS merged opportunistic infections:The single factor X2 analysis showed:The mortality rate of male was higher than that of female(X2=7.297,P =0.007);The mortality rate of AIDS patients with older than 40 years of age was the highest(X2=8.223,P = 0.028);the mortality rate of AIDS who were infected through Sexually transmission was the highest(X2=8.644,P = 0.015);Opportunistic infections of pneumococcal pneumonia, tuberculosis and extrapulmonary tuberculosis, cytomegalovirus infection, combined with three and more than three kinds of opportunistic infections are the factors that affect the outcome(P<0.05)?Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed:CD4+T cell count is an independent risk factor for the prognosis of AIDS patients with opportunistic infections(P =0.004).The lower the CD4+T cell count, the higher the mortality rate for AIDS patients(?=-0.269,OR= 0.765).Conclusion(1)The incidence of respiratory infection in AIDS patients with opportunistic infections was higher,so the prevention and treatment of respiratory infections in AIDS patients need to be further strengthened.(2)The number of CD4+T cells less than 200/ul can be considered as a sign of opportunistic infections prevention and control.(3)CD4+T cell count is an independent risk factor for the prognosis of AIDS patients with opportunistic infections, the fewer the number of CD4+T cells, the worse the prognosis of AIDS patients.
