The Effect Of Adductor Canal Block For Anterior Cruciate Ligament Revascularization Under Arthroscopic

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of adductor canal block analgesia in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods In this study,90 patients with unilateral anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction for the first time from November 2014 to November 2016 were selected;they aged 18-55,and there was no gender limitation;their body mass index was 18-26 kg/m2,and the ASA grading was?-?levels.The patients were randomly divided into three groups: group I was the postoperative continuous intravenous analgesia treated with sufentanil 2?g/kg diluted to 100 ml;group I+A was treated with the post-operation continuous intravenous analgesia by using 20 ml mixture of lidocaine hydrochloride and ropivacaine mesylate(1% lidocai ne hydrochloride+0.375% ropivacaine mesylate)before the single-shot adductor canal obstruc tion combination surgery;and group CA was treated with continuous adductor canal obstructi on analgesia by using 100 ml 0.3% ropivacaine.There were 30 patients in each group.The resting and flexion VAS scores,the operation-side limb muscle strength,side effect of drugs and the remedy of analgesic drug of the patients respectively 2 h,4 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h before and after operation were recorded.Relative complications appearing during the postoperative follow-up were recorded.Results Compared with group I,the resting VAS scores of T1,T2,T3 and the knee flexion VAS scores of T1,T2 in group I+A were lower(P<0.05),and the resting and knee flexion VAS scores of T1,T2,T3 and T4 in CA group were also lower(P<0.05);the quadrice-ps muscle strength of T1,T2 in group I+A and group CA was decreased;the use of analgesic remedy drugs 24 hours after operation in group I was larger(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the three groups.Conclusion Compared with intravenous analgesia,ACB can provide better analgesic effect in arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,and reduce the potential adverse events.
