Objective: Type 2 diabetes(T2DM)with the progress of the disease, the body will appear lipid metabolism disorders. However, how to develop dyslipidemia, the current research less, yet there is no clear and unified conclusion. This study intends to observe the different duration of T2 DM patients with dyslipidemia situation,to further understand the close relationship between blood lipid and T2 DM,to help medical staff of clinical treatment.Method:163 patients with T2 DM were enrolled in the Department of Endocrinology,Qinghai University Hospital from November 2015 to November 2016.Including 98 male and 65 females, with an average age of 57.75 ± 11.74 years. All participants voluntarily participate in,receive a unified medical history collection, laboratory testing and inspection. The patients were divided into four groups according to the course of disease(group A: course of disease ? 1 year, group B: 1 year <course ? 5 years, group C: 5 years <disease ? 10 years, group D: course> 10 years). All data analysis using SPSS20.0 analysis and processing. Results: 1.Comparison of lipids :(1)The levels of TC and LDL were significantly higher in group A and group B than those in group A,B and C(P <0.05).(2)There was significant difference between group B and group TG(P <0.05).(3),HDL,APOA showed a declining trend with the course of disease.(4),APOB with the course of growth is on the rise.2.Comparison of conventional indicators:(1)2h PG:Compared with group C and group D;B and group Dthere was a significant difference between group(P <0.05).(2)D group of 24 hours urine protein and B groups were statistically significant differences(P<?,).(3)The SBP of group A was statistically different from that of group D.(P <?,).3.dyslipidemia and peripheral vascular disease detection rate:(1),different course of each group of dyslipidemia detection rate is generally higher. There was a statistically significant difference in blood lipid disorder among the four groups(P <0.05).Moreover,the detection rate of dyslipidemia was positively correlated with the course of T2 DM.(P <0.05).The detection rate of peripheral vascular disease was positively correlated with the course of T2 DM.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion:With the increase in the course of disease, the greater the risk of dyslipidemia in patients.T2 DM course of disease and blood lipids are closely related.
