Objective: To investigate the relationship between the different control levels of glycosylated Hemoglobin(Hemoglobin A1 c,HbA1c)with its lipid metabolism indexes and complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:A total of 200 T2 DM patients in our hospital from 2014 to 2017 were chosen to divide into two groups by the HbA1 c level:in one group,HbA1c>7.0%,a total of 100 cases,55 were male,45 were female,in the other group,HbA1c?7.0%,a total of 100 cases,53 were male,47 were female,FPG?TG?TC?HDL-C and LDL-C were measured, the correlation between HbA1 c and these indicators was analyzed, and the relationship between HbA1 c and chronic complications was also analyzed.Results:1.fasting blood glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels in group of HbA1c>7.0% were higher than these in group of HbA1c?7.0%,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was lower than this in group of HbA1c?7.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.HbA1 c was positively associated with FPG,TC,TG and LDL-C,and negatively associated with HDL-C,and the correlation was more outstanding in group of HbA1c>7.0%;3.diabetic retinopathy(DR),diabetic nephropathy(DN),diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)and coronary heart disease(CHD)increased markedly along with the elevation of HbA1 c levels, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but no significant difference was found in the incidence of cerebral infarction(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.There was a significant correlation between HbA1 c levels and blood glucose and lipid metabolism indexes;2.HbA1 c was associated with the occurrence of diabetic complications in T2 DM patients, controlling HbA1 c could reduce and delay the occurrence of diabetic complications.
