| Objective: Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is one of the most common knee joint disease in the world.The main pathological changes of articular cartilage of primary or secondary degeneration,destruction,and the subchondral bone hyperplasia.Bone degenerative change and trauma,overwork is the main reason for the formation of knee joint osteoarthritis.Mainly occur among the elderly,women than men.KOA is a common knee joint disease in our country,its prevalence was 9.56%,more than 60 years old up to 78.5%.Patients with KOA cause short-term or long-term lose labor ability,affect the quality of life and increase the patient's family and social burden.The treatments in western medicine curative effect but maintain short time and easy relapse,treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine work slower but the recurrence rate is low.At the present,the main methods of traditional Chinese medicine treatment Combine with western method are mainly joint puncture closed and(or)joint cavity lavage treatment,combination of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,assisted in acupuncture and moxibustion or some other treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.But the treatment mostly have trauma treatment,easy to cause secondary damage,and expensive.So this study to explore the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Maitland joint mobilization treatment wind-cold-damp type of knee osteoarthritis,in the hope of looking for a more safe and reliable treatment for KOA.Methods: This experiment by using randomized controlled study.In this study,chosed 100 patients from Hebei province Chinese medicine hospital department of orthopaedics,all these patients admitted to hospital in time from November 2015 to November 2016.Requirement accord with standard of clinical observation into the group,to eliminate unnecessary interference.The 100 patients in accordance with the principle of completely randomized,divided into the treatment group(a total of 50 cases)and control group(a total of 50 cases)and control group given orthopedic common drugs and mailtland joint manipulation therapy alone.Therapy in the treatment group increased Chinese medicine medicinal broth fumigation knee joint than the control group.After two weeks,observed the treatment effect of the two groups.Compared the data(score of Lysholm scoring method and degree of knee flexion and extension)before and after treatment,to evaluate the improvement of the two groups of cases of knee joint.Using SPSS13.0 statistical software for data statistics processing.Results: The study,a total of 100 cases,no cases out and fall off,Treatment group in using the fumigation and joint mobilization after combined treatment,the total effectiveness is 98%,control group was 88%.The treatment group curative effect is superior to the control group.Two groups of patients before and after treatment the scores of Lysholm scoring method are both increased,and the score of treatment group lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);Two groups before and after treatment in patients with knee joint activity scores were improved,the treatment group was better than control group,and have obvious difference(P < 0.05).In the safety of the treatment,including the treatment group and control group,two groups of patients receiving no bad security incidents occurred after comprehensive treatment.Conclusion: Compared with western medicine foundation treatment,Chinese medicine fumigation combined with Mailtland joint mobilization can significantly reduce the scores of Lysholm scoring method and improve the knee joint mobility,significantly improve the wind cold dampness resistance type symptoms in patients with knee osteoarthritis,thus to reduce the recurrence and improve the quality of life. |
