Objective:This thesis was to study the difference of human serum inflammatory cytokines of IFN-?,IL-17,IL-1?,FeNO between indoor and outdoor PM2.5 exposure groups,aiming at finding out whether inflammation response was affected by different PM2.5 exposure.Objective to investigate the effects of PM2.5 exposure to fog and haze on the human.Methods: Healthy population in the physical examination center of HeBei general hospital between October and December 2015 were divided into two groups.Office workers were Indoor group while bus drivers were outdoor group.The interviewees were asked to complete a questionnaire.The items contained gender,age,smoking status,living environment,outdoor exposure time and protective measures.We choose the outdoor group 90 cases and indoor 88 cases.Their blood routine and renal function,blood lipid,fasting blood glucose levels were detected by hematology analyzer,and the inflammatory cytokines of IFN-?,IL-17,IL-1? were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).And then we select outdoor group 494 cases and indoor 473 cases(according to the above conditions),their FeNO levels were tested by detector.Results:1 Blood test resultsThe levels of white blood cells,neutrophil ratio,eosinophil proportion,the ratio of lymphocyte and platelet in the outdoor group were higher than the indoor group(6.84±0.28×109/L vs 6.05±0.11×109/L,63.50±2.06% vs 57.78±0.61%,1.65±0.35% vs 1.53±0.13%,256.1±16.39×109/L vs 238.80±3.90×109/L,27.74±1.79% vs 33.58±0.59%,P<0.05),and basophil in the outdoor group was similar with the indoor group(0.43±0.09% vs 0.46±0.18%,P>0.05).2 Blood biochemistryThe levels of triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,uric acid and fasting blood glucose in the outdoor group were higher than the indoor group(2.24±0.40 mmol/L vs 1.80±0.09 mmol/L,3.02±0.17 mmol/L vs 2.96±0.06 mmol/L,5.39±0.37 ?mol/L vs 5.07±0.09 ?mol/L,91.86±2.19 ?mol/L vs 88.37±1.11 ?mol/L,399.9±7.79 ?mol/L vs 357.3±7.40 ?mol/L and 6.07±0.33 mmol/L vs 5.98±0.11 mmol/L,P<0.05),and the levels of total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein in the outdoor group were similar with the indoor group(5.15±0.20 mmol/L vs 5.38±0.34mmol/L and 1.25±0.07mmol/L vs 1.28±0.02 mmol/L,P<0.05).3 Airway inflammatory factorThe levels of IL-1?,IFN-? and IL-17 in the outdoor group were higher than the indoor group(136.10±8.96 pg/ml vs 40.42±4.66 pg/ml,187.65±10.07pg/ml vs 32.13±3.23 pg/ml and 282.22±12.96 pg/ml vs 37.38±3.72 pg/ml,P<0.05).4 FeNOThe nitric oxide level of exhaled breath in the outdoor group was higher than the indoor group(20.06±7.17 ppb vs 17.19±4.42 ppb,P<0.05).Conlusions:1 The outdoor group of white blood cell count,percentage of neutrophils,eosinophils ratio and platelet count was significantly higher than that of indoor group,we can conclude that the outdoor group due to contact many inflammatory factors lead to haze,the blood was significantly higher than that of indoor working group.2 The outdoor group triglyceride and low density lipoprotein levels higher than indoor group,we can conclude that the outdoor group contact haze more,lead to high blood lipids,hypertension and heart disease in the future there may be further risk.Outdoor group of urea nitrogen,creatinine levels higher than the indoor group,indicating that fog and haze can increase the risk of kidney disease.3 The inflammatory cytokines of IL-1?,IFN-? and IL-17 in outdoor group were higher than that of the indoor group,that long-term exposure to fog and haze,IL-1?,IFN-? and IL-17 were significantly higher than indoor groups increased,shows that long-term exposure are prone to airway inflammation,can increase the risk of lung function injury,chronic bronchitis,and the mortality of heart,lung and brain disease.4 The nitric oxide level of exhaled breath in the outdoor group was higher than the indoor group.More NO plays a role on proinflammatory and cytotoxicity reaction on the human tissues and cells.The inflammatory immune response lead to excessive tissue damage,promote the occurrence and development of diseases,such as circulatory shock,diabetes,neuropathy,epilepsy,brain injury,genetic diseases,cancer,and respiratory,digestive,endocrine system disease.
