| Objective: Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the use of Yiqi-Yangyin-Xingqi-Runchang method for the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly,the scientific system to assess the efficacy of subjects,records,data analysis,the clinical efficacy of this method to evaluate.Methods: In this study,randomized,controlled method,from September2015 to November 2016,Hebei Provincial Hospital of anorectal two outpatient treatment of elderly functional constipation patients belonging to the diagnosis of qi and yin deficiency type of medical records,a total of 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The control group was given orally,and the control group was given orally with the control group.The two groups were treated with 10 days as a course of treatment.The patients were treated and observed.The two groups were treated with two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,according to the scoring criteria.Four weeks after the end of treatment,the two groups were followed up and scored according to the scoring criteria.The data collected from the two groups were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software,and the clinical curative effect of this method was evaluated from multiple angles.During treatment,instruct all patients to stop using the effects of intestinal motility drugs,a reasonable diet,regular work and rest,and actively cooperate.Results: In this study,52 cases of clinical observation were completed,including 27 cases in the treatment group and 25 cases in the control group.1 Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was 85.2% in the treatment group and 72.0% in the control group.There was no significantdifference between the two groups(P>0.05).Efficiency treatment group33.3%,control group 8.0%,(P>0.05),indicating a statistically significant,the treatment group than the control group;2 Gender and efficacy of the correlation between male patients with no difference between the two groups,female patients with no difference in the efficacy of two treatment methods.There was no significant difference between the two groups.There was no significant difference between the control group and the male patients;3 Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the course of 0 to 5 years and 10 years;4 The relapse rate was 17.4% in the treatment group and 50% in the control group.The recurrence rate of the two groups was detected by chi-square test: ?2=4.96,P=0.03,P<0.05,there are statistical differences,indicating that long-term efficacy of the treatment group than the control group;Conclusions: In the elderly,the effect of the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly is significant,and the recurrence rate is low,no obvious side effects,it is worth promoting. |
