swelling and pain、twisted contusion pain、skin itching、eczema caused by gout、rheumatism、rheumatoid arthritis、heat “gangba”、”huangshui” lesion.In this experiment,to investigate the difference of the morphology of cells in pritical acupoint zone tissue,and the chistaminenges of the content of active substances in serum after Qingpeng unguentum acupoint sticker.It can be the entry point of the mechanism of neuroleptic effect of Qingpeng unguentum cupoint sticker.To observe the changes of the body after Qingpeng unguentum acupoint sticker,and analysis the correlation to neuroleptic effect.To complement the theory basis for clinical application.Objectives:To observe the effects of Qingpeng unguentum acupoint sticker on MCs and the active substances released by MCs in the acupoint zone tissue of the rats.To explor the mechanism of pharmacological effects of Qingpeng unguentum acupoint sticker.And to complement the theory and experimentalbasis for more reasonable clinical application of Qingpeng unguentum acupoint sticker.Methods:1 To observe the differences of MCs in the acupoint zone tissue by the method of improved acetylcholinesterase dyeing and toluidine blue dyeing.2 To detect the difference of the content of histamine and substance P and leukotriene and stem cell factor in the serum by the method of enzyme linked immunosorbernt assay.3 To detect the positive expression of substance P by the method of immunohistochemistry.Results:1 The difference of the form and structure of MCs in the acupoint zone tissue of four groups The number of MCs in the acupoint zone tissue of group C and group B increased obviously,the volume of MCs became larger,and the MCs’ cell membrane ruptured,cell contours became irregular,and MCs’ degreasing was very obvious,and MCs were distributed along the surrounding nerve and blood vessels.The MCs’ number and MCs’ degranulation rate of granules in four groups of rats was group C、group B、group A、group K,from high to low,furthermore the comparison between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).2 The changes of the content of histamine and substance P and leukotriene andstem cell factor in the serum of rats of four groups.2.1 The changes of the content of histamine in the serum of rats of four groups.Compared with group K,the content of serum histamine of group C and group B and group A was active substances,and the degranulation rate of mast cells increased significantly.2 Qingpeng unguentum acupoint sticker can increase the content of serum histamine、serum substance P、serum leukotriene and serum stem cell factor.3 Qingpeng unguentum acupoint sticker can enhistaminence the level of positive expression of substance P in the tissue of acupoint zone. |
