Clinical Study On Cold-reducing Needling Technique For Herpes Zoster Of Liver Meridian Yuheat Type

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of cold-reducing needling technique(CRNT)on liver migraine Yuheat type of Herpes zoster,and evaluateits its clinical efficacy and superiority in the respects of in relief of herpetic pain,reduce herpetic skin and reduce the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods: 100 patients of liver migraine Yuheat type of Herpes zoster were divided into three groups randomly.A CRNT group who were mainly treated with CRNT at zhigou,houxi,dazhui,taichong and skin lesion area,Auxiliary acupoint operate with reducing method by twirling(RMBT).A RMBT group treated with RMBT.Retaining needle time and period of treatment is the same of two groups,all for 30 min,1 times a day,seven times for 1treatment course,two courses were accepted..Oral drug group choose oral Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets,0.3g each time,twice a day.and Mecobalamin Capsuless,each 0.5 mg,third a day.seven times for 1 treatment course,two courses were accepted.Before treatment,treatment 1,2 and follow-up observation record and statistical analysis of three groups of efficacy index and comprehensive clinical curative effect.Result:1.VAS:After 1,2courses compared with before treatment,after treatment significantly reduce VAS values,the three groups are statistically significant differences(P <0.05);After 1,2 courses the same point in time the CRNT group and the RMBT group VAS value lower than oral drug group,(P<0.05);After 1 course,CRNT group VAS values below the RMBT group(P<0.05),after 2 course,two groups no significant difference(P >0.05).2.Painful indicators: The CRNT group and RMBT group compared with oral drug group,significantly shortened the duration of the pain and the pain began to ease,(P<0.01),The CRNT group compared with RMBT group,2 index values to reduce the more obvious,the significant difference(P<0.05).3.Herpes zoster skin damage index: Blister stop time increased index,RMBT group compared with oral drug group(P>0.05),CRNT group compared with oral drug group(P<0.05);CRNT group compared with oral drug group,significantly shorten the blister is scabby,blisters scab off time,by paired t test,the differences between groups were significant(P<0.05),CRNT group is more superior effect at the same time,compared with RMBT group significant difference(P<0.05).4.Comprehensive efficacy score between group comparison: after1,2course same time CRNT group,RMBT group compared with oral drug group,significantly reduced the comprehensive efficacy score,all have significant difference(P<0.01),at the same time,CRNT group superior effect in RMBT group(P<0.05);After1,2course,3 groups compared with before treatment,comprehensive efficacy score decreased significantly(P<0.05).5.After the clinical total effective rate and the PHN: CRNT group,RMBT group and oral drug group total effective rate was 87.10%,73.33% and 56.25% respectively.PHN rate of6.45%,16.67% and 32.25% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.The CRNT group,RMBT group and oral Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets and Mecobalamin Capsules on liver migraine Yuheat type of Herpes zoster has definite clinical curative effect.But CRNT is more superior effect,and RMBT was second.2.The CRNT group in alleviating pain,reducing PHN after superior effect in the RMBT group and oral drug group.3.CRNT shorten the time of blister stop growing,scabby and scab off,improve kin damage has excellent efficiency in the RMBT group and oral drug group.
