Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Herpes Zoster With Local Periphery And Potting

Purpose:Through clinical randomized controlled trials Comparing three methods clinical curative effect for the treatment of herpes zoster by using local wai needling with meihuazhen and cupping or Western medicine or Routineacupuncture,to Provide clinical basis for the effectiveness of the treatment of herpes zoster by using round acupuncture with meihuazhen and cupping.Material and method：This study adopts the method of prospective randomized controlled trials,collected from February2013to January201460cases of herpes zoster patients as research subjects that the First AffiliatedHospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosticcriteria, inclusion criteria.Through the center of the random method, subjects were divided into treatment group and control group，the treatment group20cases, the western medicine control group20cases and the routine acupuncture control group20cases. Three groups were given Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets (300mg/times,2times/day) and vitamin B1(10mg,3times/day)treatment.Treatment group were treated with local wai needling,and according to the rash situation in local treatment with meihuazhen and cupping(no newherpes only local round acupuncture);the western medicine control group tooral Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsules(0.3g/times，2times/day);the routine acupuncture control group given routine acupuncture treatment.10days fora course of treatment, the three groups were treated for a course,In the process of the treatment,three groups were recorded in patients with pain conditions(VAS score,Pain began to ease time and duration of pain), herpes case(the time of ended blistering,crustingand scab off),the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia,the security situation.And comparative analysis of the efficacy of the three groups.All data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS20.0. Results：1.Three groups of comprehensive curative effect comparison:Treatment group16cases cured,3cases had marked effect,1case effectively,0no effect, theeffective rate was95.00%;the western medicine group6cases cured,5cases hadmarked effect,4cases effectively,5cases ineffective, the effective rate was55.00%;the routine acupuncture group10cases cured,5cases had marked effect,3cases effectively,2cases ineffective, the effective rate was75.00%.Throughstatistical analysis,The curative effect of treatment group was obviously betterthan the western medicine group and routine acupuncture group,statisticaldifferences(p＜0.05);2.Evaluation and comparison of pain.through the statistical analysis of thetreatment group of VAS score, pain began to ease time and duration of pain issuperior to western medicine group and routine acupuncture group,statisticaldifferences(p＜0.05);3.Comparison of postherpetic neuralgia,through the statistical analysis ofthe treatment group of postherpetic neuralgia is superior to western medicinegroup and routine acupuncture group,statistical differences(p＜0.05);4.Security situation,no patient experienced any infection、dizzy acupuncture、dizzy tank and other discomfort such as dizziness, chest tightness, allergyphenomenon.Also does not appear other anomalies and unanticipated adversereactions.Conclusion：1.Using local wai needling with meihuazhen and cupping can be effectivetreatment of herpes zoster,and showe obvious advantages than other treatments.2.Using local wai needling with meihuazhen and cupping has the advantages ofsimple operation, low cost, curative effect, no side effects, easily acceptedby patients,etc.and is worth promoting.
