| Objective:To observe the efficacy of combined fire needle and modified long dan xie gan decoction treatment of liver swelter type of herpes zosterMethods:The108cases of herpes zoster in patients, who have met the inclusion criteria randomly have been divided into the treatmented group (treatment of modified long dan xie gan decoction combined fire needle) and the control group A (Simple oral decoction Long dan Treating), the control group B (Simple oral famciclovir medicine capsules) by treatment sequence. There are36cases in each group. Three groups of patients were evaluated at the7,14,21dayth for signs and symptoms before treatment. After treatment, the three groups of patients were scored respectively at the7,14,21dayth in the integrated effect and the main herniation. Simultaneously compared the situation improving of the clinical symptom improvement and the pain levels before, and after treatment by the three groups of patients rated, and to determine the efficacy analysis after21days treatment. We follow-up by telephone or other means for all patients afterl month treatment, and to understand the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia rate.Results:There were six cases fall of from the108cases of patients, who met the inclusion criteria. The102patients completed the study of clinical (treatment group of34patients in the control group A34patients in the control group B34patients) were analyzed. Three groups of patients were comparative in sex and age, pain duration and severity of the disease before treatmented, and the results showed that there were no significant difference between comparable (P>0.05). The three groups of patients were in the treatment of the7,14,21dayth and the VRS integral display that the treatment group spended less time than the control groups A and B on the degree of pain relief, and the difference between the between the treatment group and the control group were significantly (P<0.05), The composite score is displayed that the treatment groups took less time in improvement of symptoms and signs (lesions mainly) than the control group A and B, and the difference between the between the treatment group and the control group were significantly (P<0.05). This clinical efficacy shows that the course of treatment group than is short than the control groups, In which the difference between the treatment group and the control group were significantly (P<0.05), After one month, the treatment group has zero cases of postherpetic neuralgia, the control group A has zero cases of postherpetic neuralgia, but the group B there are five cases of postherpetic neuralgia.Conclusion:The modified long dan xie gan decoction combined fire needle is an effective method of herpes zoster (liver swelter type) and it is safe and effective. The modified long dan xie gan decoction combined fire needle therapy combined liver swelter type of herpes zoster in patients with skin lesions, and improve the timing and degree of pain and in preventing the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia are significantly better than simple oral medicine and oral medicine. |
