Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of interventional ultrasound in the treatment of severe acute biliary pancreatitis Methods:Collecting the Department of medical ultrasound from the people's Hospital of Gansu province from March 2014 to March--2016 for interventional ultrasound therapy in patients with severe acute pancreatitis,122 cases of severe acute biliary pancreatitis patients were screened, divided into three groups.A group: 40 cases were treated with abdominal puncture drainage;52 cases in group B underwent APD combined with ultrasound guided peripancreatic drainage(Percutaneous CatheterDrainage,PCD);C group: 30 cases were treated by APD combined with ultrasound guided biliary drainage treatment.ResultsAfter 5 days of treatment,we compared with the biochemical indexes before treatment before and after treatment compared to white blood cell count,C reaction protein, alterations of calcitonin, serum total bilirubin, serum amylase, urine amylase significantly, there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and alanine aminotransferase did not decrease obviously,no statistical significance(P>0.05).After 5 days of treatment, there was significant difference between the three groups in the pancreatic necrosis, the maximum amount of drainage,APACH II score,Ranson score and Marshall score(P<0.05).In group A,the recovery time was short, the symptoms disappeared, and the hospitalization period was reduced. There was statistical difference between C group and B group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of A group was 72.5%(29/40),the total effective rate of B group was(45/52).The total effective rate of C group was 93.3%(28/30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).C group of 1 cases of intestinal fistula(3.3%),2 cases of peritoneal infection(6.5%),and pancreatic fistula in 1 cases(3.3%)of 1 cases of abdominal hemorrhage(3.3%)there were significant difference between A group and B group(P>0.05);6 cases of sepsis(20%)there was no significant difference(P>0.05).ConclusionInterventional ultrasound in the treatment of acute severe biliary pancreatitis has good clinical value, worthy of clinical application.
