The Clinical Research And Operating Methods Of Ultrasound-guided Puncture Catheter Drainage In The Treatment For Severe Acute Pancreatitis

ObjectivesThe purpose of this study was to discuss the abdominal ultrasound-guidedpuncture catheter drainage and catheter drainage tube drainage under ultrasoundadjustment, replacement of drainage pipes and drainage pipes lavage treatment ofsevere acute pancreatitis technical characteristics and application value by a largenumber of samples.MethodsTaking385severe acute pancreatitis patients from2011September to2014February that were treated in China-Japan union hospital, taken the method ofabdominal puncture and drainage with the help of the ultrasonics, detailed operationmethod, retrospectively analyze the turnouts of these patients during the whole curingprocess and provide some new reference for curing this disease.Results385cases of patients with ultrasound-guided peritoneal catheter drainage wereindwelled drainage tubes total of968, average2.5, which omental bursa indwellingdrainage273tubes, bilateral perirenal space indwelling drainage185tubes, bilateralparacolic gutter indwelling drainage177tubes, between the abdominal intestinesindwelling drainage230tubes. Other regions indwelling drainage103tubes (Table6).185cases of385patients with routine ultrasound rinsing drainage tubes, achieve goodresults, efficiency of100%(Table4).385cases of patients with a total drainage tubewere adjusted the position of ultrasound1820times, after adjusting drainageunobstructed1355, accounting for74%(Table3).385cases of patients with ultrasound-guided catheter drainage success rate was100%, and the effective rate was88.8%(Table2). All of during the operations were not serious complications, such asbowel perforation, vascular rupture.Conclusions（1）Ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage (PCD) can be quicklyand effectively dealing with secondary infections and early SAP peripancreaticeffusion, SAP significantly alleviate symptoms, delaying and blocking the progressionof the disease, reducing concurrency disease, improving the cure rate and reducemortality.（2）The details of the decision placed the drainage tube drainage effect, tofollow the "Monitor the entire path safe, Low drainage, Smooth and Effective"principle.（3）Drainage tube convection rinse under ultrasound can safely and effectivelyremove large amounts of viscous fluid and impurities, relieving symptoms in patientswith SAP.
