| Currently,Government is implementing comprehensively the ‘Ruling the country by law',and devoting to the key period of establishing a Socialist Country Governed by Law.Establishment of rule of law for Medical and Health business becomes more and more important.Law conscious of Medical students is the soul and inspirit for establishing rule of law for medical and health business.Medical College with the mission of fostering medical professions,not only need to focus on fostering knowledge and skill for medial professions,but also enhance their law conscious,with the background of ‘Ruling the country by law'.Nevertheless,The process of Fostering law conscious of medical students is still far away from the goal of establishment of ‘Ruling the country by law'.Therefore,It is very important to explore how to foster innovatively law conscious for medical students.This thesis tries to understand current status of law conscious of medial students,found the issues and reasons behind and provide the solutions in terms of fostering their law conscious,through theory research and complete market research.There are three sections besides the introduction.Section one is focus on analyzing the law conscious and basic concept of how to foster.It analyze the characteristic of medical students and their law conscious,elaborate the importance of fostering low conscious and make a historical recall of the development of fostering law conscious of medical students.Section two is focus on understanding current law conscious status,found the issues and deep dig the reason behind,via combination of teaching practice and theory research and also based on research data conducted towards 3 colleges in Guangdong province.Section three is focus on the solutions for how to foster law conscious for medical students completely.It provides complete countermeasure for how to pay high attention,establishing the principle and actively developing the ways of fostering law conscious for medical students. |
