Explore the problems existing in the current medical dispute mediation mechanism of guangdong province, and put forward Suggestions to improve the mechanism for problems.Methods: Consult with medical dispute mediation mechanism of the relevant literature, books and a policy document, etc. Accurate understanding of the basic concept of medical dispute mediation mechanism and master the basic theory of medical dispute mediation mechanism. Comprehensive analysis of scholars point of view, to form the basic theoretical framework of this study. Refer to mature perceptual evaluation questionnaire, using the Likert’s 5 scoring method, to meet the needs of practical research design is suitable for the investigation questionnaire of this study. Using the method of expert consultation for scale revised for many times, form the final questionnaire. Adopt the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Choose hospitals of guangdong province, a total of 40, random sampling questionnaire survey on hospital doctors and patients, Choose to interview 10 doctors and 10 patients. Distributed 500 questionnaires to both sides, recycling the doctor 475 questionnaires, the recovery was 95%,recycling the patients 489 questionnaire, the recovery was 97.8%.Basic information questionnaire content mainly includes the investigation object, perceptual investigation and valuation survey of three parts. Using SPSS19.0 software t test was carried out on the questionnaire data, the mean test, alpha reliability coefficient method, etc. Comparative analysis of doctors and patients the perceptual evaluation of mechanism and related influence factors.Results: Different nature, level and type of hospital medical staff has no significant influence on the People’s mediation mechanism in medical disputes perceptual evaluation(P<0.05).Age and working years has significant influence on The doctor’s perceptual evaluation to the People’s mediation mechanism in medical disputes(P<0.05).the highest score of The age is 30 to 44 years old, the highest score of Working years is 10-20 years. Age, occupation and income factors with the perceptual evaluation of mechanism (P<0.05 ) .Aged 60 and above, professional for farmers(including migrant workers) and monthly income of 4000 ~5999 yuan evaluation scores the highest. On a personal level, cure mediation experience has nothing to do with the perceptual evaluation mechanism (P>0.05) .Departments and hospital level, doctors mediation experience related to the perceptual evaluation mechanism(P<0.05) .Departments involved in medical disputes to the score of people’s mediation is 3.56 ± 0.42,no evaluation score of involved in mediation is 3.69 ± 0.59.The hospital involved in medical disputes to the score of people’s mediation is 3.61 ±0.47,no evaluation score of involved in mediation is 3.75±0.65.Doctor in advantages and disadvantages of survey section, selection mechanism of the first three advantages are mediation mechanism fair,neutral and transparent, flexible mediator professional ability is stronger, mediation program, mediation of high efficiency.
