Object: through the KCNE1 gene G38 S classification,statistical analysis of the xinjiang uygur reduced ejection fraction in patients with chronic heart failure(cases)and control group(no chronic heart failure)of patients with chronic heart failure AA,AG,GG,A and G genotype and allele frequency distribution.Briefly G38 S KCNE1 gene polymorphism and the correlation of in Uyghurs chronic heart failure.Methods: Choose between December 2014 and July 2014,the xinjiang uygur autonomous region people's hospital of Uighur patients in case group 200 cases,control group 200 cases.Respectively on two groups of genotyping,MSPA1 enzyme detection.Result: KCNE1 gene G38 S AA,AG,GG genotype number in the group of 24 cases(12.0%),89(44.5%),87(43.5%)and control group respectively,37(18.5%),91(45.5%),72(36.0%).A and G allele for 137 cases(34.25%),263(65.75%)and control group of 165(41.25%),235(58.75%).Case group and control group were in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg balance test,representative with groups,(P > 0.05).AG in the case group and the control group with AA genotype and GG increased,but the statistical analysis of genotype is no statistical difference between two groups(chi-square = 4.208,P=0.122),the allele frequency comparing the two groups have statistical significance(chi-square = 4.170,P=0.041).Two groups of men and women in genotype and allele frequency statistics analysis has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).By logistic regression model shows that the OR value of the left ventricular end-diastolic OR= 1.473,beta = 0.387 95% CI:(1.357 ~ 1.599),QRS duration OR a value of 1.028,beta = 0.027,95% CI:(1.009 ~ 1.047),gender OR = 2.288,beta = 0.828,95% CI:(1.059 ~ 4.943),coronary heart disease(CHD)OR a value of 3.047,beta = 1.114,95% CI:(1.532 ~ 6.063),diabetes OR = 3.200,beta = 1.163,95% CI:(1.345 ~ 7.562).AG genotypes OR = 0.489,beta =-0.715,95% CI:(0.247 ~ 0.966).Conclusion: 1.Uighur KCNE1 gene in patients with chronic heart failure G38 S carry G allele frequency is higher than control group(no chronic heart failure);2.The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter increase,QRS duration,male,coronary heart disease,diabetes is a risk factor for chronic heart failure,carrying AG genotypes in chronic heart failure risk small,genotype AG could occur for the protection of chronic heart failure.KCNE1 gene G38 S polymorphisms associated with Uighur chronic heart failure.
