Object: Evaluation of biofeedback electrical stimulation in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. To analyze the correlation between the expected goal attainment and satisfaction. To discuss how to develop a better treatment model. Methods: Women with stress urinary incontinence were collected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University Medical College from December 10,2015 to December 10,2016.The patients were divided into two groups according to their treatment intention: pelvic floor physiotherapy group and pelvic floor training group.Pelvic floor physiotherapy group was given biofeedback electrical stimulation and Kegel training.Pelvic floor training group was given only Kegel training. The patients were followed up for 3 months and 6 months after treatment.During the follow-up,the finger pressure test, the urine pad test, the transperineal three-dimensional pelvic ultrasound, pelvic floor electromyography, and the questionnaire(IQOL,PISQ-12,PGI-I,satisfaction score)were used.Result: There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,BMI,menopause, education level, occupation and reproductive history(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment, after 3 months and six months after treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)in the leak volume. In the 3 months after treatment, the I-QOL score of pelvic floor physiotherapy group was increased by a range of 26.35±11.29,which was significantly higher than that of the pelvic floor training group with a score of 15.65±7.03,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the 3 months after treatment,38 cases of pelvic physiotherapy group and 49 cases of pelvic training group were treated with the quality of life questionnaire, the total score, emotional factors and physiological factors of the pelvic floor physiotherapy group were higher than that of the pelvic floor training group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sexual life of pelvic floor physiotherapy group was significantly improved(P<0.05),but three is no significant improvement in pelvic floor training group(P>0.05).In the half of year after treatment, the PGI-I score of pelvic floor physiotherapy group was 6.40±0.87,satisfaction score was 4.46±0.80,and the PGI-I score and satisfaction score of the pelvic floor training group were in the range of 5.26±1.06 and 3.61±1.13,the satisfaction and PGI-I score were statistically significant(P<0.05),the pelvic floor physiotherapy group had better body condition and higher satisfaction. There is a correlation between the degree of satisfaction and the expected goal, and the higher the expected goal is,the higher the patient satisfaction is.Logistic regression analysis showed that the high risk factors of postmenopausal women with stress incontinence were postmenopausal, high yield and high body mass index. Conclusions: 1.Biofeedback electric stimulation therapy with he advantages of non-invasive,no side effects, easy to use can significantly improve the symptoms of female patients with stress urinary incontinence, and can be used in clinical promotion;2.As a non invasive examination, transperineal pelvic floor ultrasonography can objectively evaluate the anatomical and structural features of the pelvic floor;3.The high risk factors of stress urinary incontinence were menopause, high yield and high body mass index;4.In the treatment of stress urinary incontinence,it is of great significance to improve the quality of life and reduce unnecessary medical disputes.
