Research On The Logistics Evaluation Of Hosptial Based On DHGF Algorithm

China is the most populous country in the world,the medical market demand is huge,people have been faced with “the difficultly and high cost of getting medical service ”problem,medical institutions bear a lot of pressure,while the state government has been committed to the reform of public hospitals,so that medical institutions are facing a more severe external environment.How to reduce the cost of hospital and improve the efficiency of hospital services,which is the main topic of the hospital.The rise of the logistics industry to make the hospital notice of hospital logistics has been neglected for a long time,it has become a new method to solve the problem.The hospital logistics covers the hospital daily operation of all aspects of each department,each employee's medical activities and management How to optimize the hospital logistics activities.How to optimize the hospital logistics to improve the efficiency of hospital services,reduce the cost of the hospital? This is a scientific and reasonable evaluation on hospital logistics performance,find out the existing problems in the study of hospital logistics,improve methods,to improve hospital logistics performance.Therefore,the research on hospital logistics performance evaluation is a practical and theoretical significance of the subject.This article mainly from the following aspects of the hospital logistics performance evaluation were studied.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance,and summarizes the current research situation of hospital logistics performance evaluation,and introduces the main research contents and the research methods applied.Then it introduces the related theories and methods of this paper,including the related theories of hospital logistics,hospital logistics performance evaluation and hospital logistics performance evaluation method,which lays the foundation for the later research.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of hospital logistics development The four-dimensional index of the Balanced Scorecard is linked with the hospital logistics performance index,and the evaluation index system of hospital logistics performance based on Balanced Scorecard is established.Application of the relevant methods ofhospital logistics performance indicators for a reasonable screening,and finally come to the scientific evaluation of hospital logistics performance indicators system.Thirdly,the hospital logistics performance evaluation model is established,and the feasibility of model construction is analyzed.The DHGF algorithm of quaternary set is used to construct the hospital logistics performance evaluation model based on Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,gray system method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the hospital logistics performance evaluation model constructed in this paper is applied to the specific hospital,and the corresponding evaluation results are analyzed,which makes the application value of this paper be well reflected.In addition,according to the lack of hospital logistics development process,put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
