Objective: To observe Renzhujianpiliqi grain(RG)on gastric emptying and gastrointestinal hormone in functional dyspepsia with spleen deficient and qi stagnation syndrome model rats.Methods: Choosing 80 SD rats in half male and half female,were randomly divided into normal group(20)and building module group(60).The building model group adopts dachengqi decoction gavage and eating disorders,and combined the clip tail stimulation stress method,induction of FD and qi stagnation syndrome pixu(spleen deficient)model in rats.Building 10 days,randomly chose 10 rats at the two groups for model evaluation.The remaining 50 rats of module group were randomly divided into model group,RG in high,medium and low dose group and ding Lin group(all 10),The control and model groups were treated with 0.9% sodiun choride solution 1 ml / 100 g lavage,while the RG in high-,middle-and low-dose groups were orally administered respectively with 18.9 、 9.45 、 4.72 g/kg modified Renzhujianpiliqi instant granules,positive medicine group was given 0.00315 g/kg of ding Lin lavage solution 1 ml / 100 g,were given normal saline or drug intervention after 3 weeks,testing each rat the weight,easy to provoke degree score,food intake of3 hours and gastric emptying rate,the serum of rats was evaluated by enzyme-linked immunoassa somatostatin(SS),cholecystokinin(CCK),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and gastrin(GAS)levels,Hematoxylin eosin(HE)were used to observe pathological changes of stomach tissue of the rats.Results:1 Changes of body weight of rats during dosing period: Dose groups during rats after medication 2 and 3 weeks,the rats weight of drug group was obviously higherthan that of model group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),and the weight compared with the model group is growing rapidly.2 Every group of rats in easily angered degree grade after the treatment: rats easily angered degree score each drug group were lower than that of model group rats,in which our down-regulated particles dose group,ding Lin group compared with model group difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 Changes of gastric emptying function after administration: the model group rats 3 h food intake and gastric emptying rate was significantly lower than normal group(P < 0.01);The gastric emptying RG of each dose group,the ding Lin group rats of 3 h food intake and gastric emptying rate were significantly higher than that of model group(P < 0.05,P < 0.01).4 Changes in serum SS,CCK,VIP and GAS of different groups after administration: the serum levels of SS adn VIP and CCK model group rats were significantly higher than that of normal group(P < 0.01),serum GAS levels significantly lower than normal group(P < 0.01).The RG each dose group and ding Lin group rats serum SS,CCK and VIP level were lower than the model group(P <0.01,P < 0.05),middle and low dose group of rats serum GAS were significantly higher than that of model group(P < 0.01).Conclusion: RG can improve FD rats food intake and gastric emptying rate,3hours of FD pixu(spleen deficient)and qi stagnation syndrome model rats gastrointestinal disorders have certain improvement effect,at the same time it can adjust FD rats gastrointestinal hormone levels,improve the level of GAS,the lower levels of SS and CCK and VIP.
