Correlation Study On Adult Myasthenia Gravis And HLA-DQA1 Gene

Objection: By detecting the MG and healthy controls the HLA parting,explore the HLA DQA1-correlation between genes and adult myasthenia gravis in northern China,for later at the genetic level to provide theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Method: The experimental research adopts random controlled study,73 cases for clinical and laboratory diagnosis of patients with MG in northern China,the control group of 78 healthy physical examination,all venous blood,using polymerase chain reaction and direct sequencing classification technology(PCR-SBT)detected HLA-DQA1 genes in the distribution of patients and healthy people.Result: 1.MG and NC compare DQA1 * 0301 frequency significantly,P = 0.0198,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant;The frequency of DQA1 * 0501 also increased.P = 0.0096,P < 0.01,the difference was statistically significant.And the DQA1* 0401 gene,P = 0.054,P > 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.2.The DQA1 * 0301 of an eye type was found to be higher than the normal control group,P =0.004,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.DQA * 0301 frequency of full-body type patient,P = 0.38,P > 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.The gene frequency of DQA1 * 0401 in the eye muscle type and body type MG,P = 0.1,P >0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.The DQA1 * 0501 of the eye type was higher than the normal control group,P = 0.61,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The DQA * 0501 frequency of systemic patients,P = 0.005,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant.3.By gender subgroups,the DQA1 * 0301 gene frequency,P = 0.299,P > 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.DQA1 *0401 gene frequency,P = 0.48,P > 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.DQA1 * 0501 gene frequency,P = 0.8,P > 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.4.According to the age of onset,the patients were divided into early and late hairstyles,compared with the control group,the DQA1 * 0301 gene frequency,P = 0.62,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.DQA1 * 0401 gene frequency,P= 0.16,P > 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.DQA1 * 0501 gene frequency,P = 0.8,P > 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant.Conclusion: The HLA-DQA1 * 0301 is a susceptibility gene for MG in the northern part of China,especially the eye muscle type MG.The HLA-DQA1 * 0501 is a susceptibility gene for full-body MG.
