Objective:This study is divided into two parts, part one :To investigate the risk factors of the questionnaire survey combined with fecal occult blood test for screening of colorectal lesions; To explore the best way of colon cancer screening in Yanan.part two :Clinical analysis of susceptibility and risk factors of colorectal adenomas. Methods:In part Ⅰ: From January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital from 40 to 75 years old patients and healthy subjects in total of 7200 underwent colorectal cancer risk factors questionnaire and fecal occult blood test, screening positive patients underwent colonoscopy, summary screening results and further correlation analysis. In part Ⅱ: Selection people during January 2012 to December 2016 who were in our hospital diagnosed with colorectal cancer in total of 427,colorectal adenoma in total of 816 and diagnosed with normal for a case-control study, further correlation analysis.Results:1.Questionnaire positive people and questionnaire negative people fecal occult blood positive rate have significant difference(X2=22.339,p<0.05).2.High-risk people with questionnaire and without FOBT completed colonoscopy were 359,colonoscopy compliance was 44.99%,Colorectal lesions were found in 125 cases(34.82%};where positive screening by FOBT were24,colonoscopy compliance was 41.67%,Colorectal lesions were found in 2 cases(20.00%};Double positive were 29,colonoscopy compliance was96.55%,Colorectal lesions were found in 13 cases(46.43%};Three groups of lesion detection rate was no significant difference(x2=2.581,p=0.275).3.Logistic regression model was used for univariate and multivariate analysis of colorectal cancer. The susceptibility and risk factors of colorectal cancer included:often eat pickles with increased risk of colon cancer, high fat diet,Type 2 diabetes, the gallbladder stones, abdominal pain, chronic diarrhea.4.Logistic regression model was used for univariate and multivariate analysis of colorectal adenomas. The susceptibility and risk factors of colorectal adenomas included:salted food,Type C behavior, regular smoking, family history of cancer, frequent constipation. Conclusion: 1.The method of CRC Opportunistic Screening based on hospital of yan’an is the best way.2.Risk factors questionnaire and fecal occult blood test as a traditional early colorectal lesions screening method is still effective, and it is no obvious difference in colorectal lesions indicative.3.Opportunistic screening can detect colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions earlier,it is an important significance for improving the prognosis of colorectal cancer.4.The susceptibility and risk factors of colorectal cancer included: high fat diet, salted food,Type 2 diabetes, gallstone, abdominal pain and chronic diarrhea.5.The susceptibility and risk factors of colorectal adenomas included:salted food,Type C behavior, regular smoking, family history of cancer, frequent constipation.
