Investigation And Analysis On The Present Situation Of Medical Service Ability In University Hospital

Objective: To investigate the present situation of medical service and student satisfaction of University Hospital through the investigation and analysis;to explore the deep-seated reasons of medical service being not satisfactory;to provide theoretical basic and development thoughts for making related policy system,improving the medical service mode,raising the level of medical services of university hospital.Methods: Basic equipment equipped,personnel allocation and services situation of hospital of Peking University and other 10 universities of the hospital were investigated by checking the official website,telephone counseling and other ways.Through questionnaires,field interviews survey of Lanzhou University students satisfaction School of medical services of hospitals.The survey data by using Excel2007 method,descriptive statistics,spss20.0 for data analysis.Results:(1).Most colleges and universities have the common diseases of the school and the diagnosis and treatment of the basic equipment,can meet the basic medical needs of teachers and students,part of the serious aging of medical equipment.(2).Medical and health technical personnel in Colleges and universities.The University Hospital of a serious lack of hospital staff survey,logistics personnel proportion is relatively heavy,the total number of 13%;medical health technical personnel titles,senior titles accounted for 21% of the total number of health technical personnel;10 university hospitals in university undergraduate education accounted for the largest number of the total number of 51%.(3).The students of the school hospital medical staff medical professional and technical level,service attitude of medical personnel and medical examination equipment and other aspects of satisfaction is not high,the overall satisfaction reached 67%.due to distrust of the hospital,the doctor medical level is low,service attitude of medical staff and medical examination equipment is not complete and does not choose the school hospital respectively.Accounted for 34%,25% and 16%.Conclusion: The relevant state policies and regulations on medical services in Colleges and universities and update slowly;university hospital medical equipment configuration,development of university personnel structure unbalanced among universities,the hospital's medical environment is poor,medical room area,medical equipment aging and low utilization ratio,medical and health technical personnel shortage,low level of medical service Lanzhou University;students on the level of medical technology,University Hospital,service attitude and medical equipment and other aspects of satisfaction is not high.
