Objectives To analyze the risk factors of executive dysfunction in patients with COPD,to provide a reliable basis for delaying the dysfunction of COPD patients. Methods A total of 301 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)diagnosed by respiratory medicine from September 2015 to August 2016 in North China University of Science and Technology were selected as subjects. The behavioral assessment of dysexecutive syndrome(BADS)was performed using the functional defect syndrome, and the patients were identified as the case group and the control group. In strict accordance with the inclusion of exclusion criteria, the BADS total score?9 points were included in the implementation of functional dysfunction group(case group),a total of 179 people. The BADS total standard score of 9 points were included in the non-executive function disorders(control group),a total of 122 people.Through the questionnaire form, working, lifestyle, sleep, psychosocial factors and disease characteristics and other related factors to investigate. The chi-square test and Logistic regression were used to analyze the data, and to explore the risk factors of COPD in patients with COPD.Results 1 The related factors of executive dysfunction among the patients with COPD:Univariate analysis showed that the age, marital status, educational level, place of residence, work or not, nature of work, smoking, reading, attention to news, hobbies, physical activity, participation in community activities, edible pickled products, the use of aluminum pots, sleep conditions, depression, family support, sick time, recurrence, with other disease types, disease symptoms,FEV1/FVC,the classification of pulmonary function,Sp O2 were associated with executive dysfunction among the patients with COPD,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 The multiple factors of executive dysfunction among the patients with COPD: Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, marital status, hobbies, the use of aluminum pots, sleep quality,FEV1/FVC,the classification of pulmonary function,Sp O2 were the related factors of executive dysfunction among the patients with COPD,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).OR value from large to small, followed by FEV1/FVC severe decline(OR=43.916),severe injury of pulmonary function(OR=13.346),no hobbies(OR=9.061),Sp O2<94%(OR=8.967),no spouse(OR=6.928),age(OR=4.528),sleep disorder(OR =3.589),the use of aluminum pots more than three times a week(OR = 5.349).Conclusions Aged over 70 years old,no spouse,no hobbies, the use of aluminum pots, sleep disorders,FEV1/FVC severe decline, severe injury of pulmonary function,Sp O2<94% were the risk factors of executive dysfunction among the patients with COPD.
