This paper mainly carries on the correlation analysis to the tumor disease risk factor,the characteristic,the treatment process and the treatment way.The results of the analysis are used to verify the performance of the main mining algorithm,and the most appropriate algorithm for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease isobtained.Through arranging tumor data for storage hospital information system,data pretreatment and selection of key words,the ultimate goal is to create a data warehouse for mining,in order to solve the data mining as the data source to data mining method,aided by data mining and analysis platform for data mining process.Finally,the following results are obtained through mining experiments:(1)The principle and characteristics of the mainstream mining algorithm are compared.According to the current situation of the application in the field of medicine,the applicability of several mainstream mining algorithms in the field of medicine and the feasibility of collaborative use are analyzed.(2)The results of the main mining algorithms are compared and analyzed.According to the effectiveness of the results of the mining algorithm,the optimal algorithm is selected to analyze the data of the disease.(3)Through the analysis of the pathogenesis and treatment of tumor,and the association rules between the corresponding diseases,we can find out the correlation strength,which can provide clues for the basic experiment and clinical research.(4)Through the analysis of the risk factors,the characteristics of the disease,the treatment process and the treatment methods,it can help doctors to diagnose and treatThis paper defines the concept of data mining technology in the field of medicine,the principle and application trend,through the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the use of data mining technology in the field of medicine and Oncology.This paper summarizes the application scope of several mainstream data mining methods.Through the research of data mining methods,we can find the most suitable mining methods according to their own characteristics.In the data processing process,studies how to scientifically extract data attributes,dimensionality reduction,noise reduction,and the type of data conversion and missing data supplement operation has certain guiding significance for the exploration and pretreatment of data.Through the data mining experiments,we get some association rules of tumor diseases,which has certain guiding significance for understanding,prevention and treatment.By comparing the results of the main mining algorithms,we analyze the characteristics and application characteristics of each algorithm.The way to create a unified medical information system is explored.
