Research On Data Mining Algorithm Based On Medical Information System

With the advancement and development of science and technology,data is exploding.Today's society is a fast-developing society and a data society.With the continuous development and popularization of database technology,data storage has become possible,and massive data has been stored.The database is converted to a data warehouse.The storage of data is no longer a problem.The analysis and processing of data has gradually become the research object of scholars.The discipline of data mining was born.It is a more advanced form of research data.There are incomplete,noisy but extremely high-value data in the vast amount of data.For this data,the discipline of data mining is highly intelligently analyzed,and through summarization,a touch of data is discovered.The relationship between the two aspects of data mining research,the first aspect to find useful information from the data,establish a preliminary model.In the second aspect,as data continues to be added,data mining methods can be improved and new models can be improved.With the development of the economy,medical technology has been continuously developed,and medicine requires a large amount of effective information and knowledge to help doctors to conduct rapid diagnosis and treatment.At present,the hospital has realized a digital system,and thousands of data from all over the world are generated from these digital systems.This paper mainly combines the current situation of the use of medical information systems in Baotou Steel Hospital,and has carried out in-depth research on data mining technology.The main contents are as follows: 1.Analyze the research status of data mining technology at home and abroad.Second,study the development and system of hospital information systems,and analyze the main defects of the hospital system.Third,the methods,processes and common techniques of data mining technology are studied.Fourth,the application of Apriori algorithm in medical information system is studied.The main work is as follows: First,establish the basic theory of data mining,combine the actual analysis of the characteristics of medical information systems,combine the basic theory to find out the characteristics of data mining,find data mining algorithms suitable for hospitals;second,the specific data for hospitals The table structure is analyzed,the association relationship of the data table is found out,the fact table corresponding to the hospital database is established according to the actual demand,and the data preparation operation is performed on the required data.Third,establish a database to lay a solid foundation for the subsequent work;Fourth,use the SQL integrated environment to create an environment,based on the hospital's database management system,establish a mining model suitable for the hospital's new system,Choosing the right algorithms and tools;Fifth,use the data model to analyze historical medical data and obtain valuable information to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and managerial decision-making.Finally,the research results and problems are summarized,and future research directions and goals are expected.
