| PurposeIn order to find the major infectious diseases types,high risk groups and theoretical support for prevention of infectious diseases,legal infectious disease cases of Yuzhong County,Gansu Province from 2009 to 2016 were studied by descriptive research and trend analysis.MethodFrom the "China disease prevention and control information system" to extract legal infectious disease data,verify the authenticity of the original data.On the legal infectious disease data from the overall incidence(incidence rate,sequence,composition)and death and major infectious disease distribution of three(population distribution,time distribution and area distribution)in several aspects of the analysis and Research on the descriptive trend,count data were c2 test,a = 0.05.Result1.Overall morbidityThere was no class A case of legal infectious diseases from 2009 to 2016,meanwhile the total number of class B and class C cases was 12756 during the 8 year,and the annual average incidence rate was 362.37 per 10 million people with fluctuation.Viral hepatitis,tuberculosis,bacillary dysentery,infectious diarrhea and mumps were the most common legal infectious diseases sorted by annual morbidity.According to the statics and analysis of infection approach,the top annual morbidity diseases were blood and sexually transmitted diseases,respiratory infectious diseases as well as intestinal infectious diseases.Viral hepatitis was the majority of blood and sexually transmitted diseases cases,which consists almost 93.94%.2.Deaths from notifiable infectious diseasesYuzhong County reported a total of 12 deaths during the 8 years from 2009 to-2016,with an average annual mortality rate of 0.34/10 and a fatality rate of 0.09%.3.The "three distributions" of reported disease casesDistribution of patients from the reported shows that the infection rates of male was greater than female(c2=655.713 p<0.01),the sex ratio was 1.69:1.The infected people were mostly farmers in the county and people with age of 18-,farmers and male people.Time distribution shows that May,June and July were the top three months when the infection happened.Regional distribution shows that the morbidity of residents from south-west mountain area was greater than north-east mountain area and central area(c2=36.350 p<0.01).4.The overall incidenceGansu County of Yuzhong province in 2009-2016 the average annual incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in the country is lower than the same period(486.58/10 million)and Gansu province(390.57/10 million)incidence rate(c2 = 189.534,P < 0.01),the report is also lower than the same period the national average annual mortality rate(1.22/10 million)and Gansu province(0.49/10 million)(c2 = 107.957,P < 0.01).Conclusion1.Average annual incidence of legal infectious diseases in Yuzhong County has a fluctuation and lower trend overall.The average annual mortality and fatality rate were lower than that of the national and Gansu provinces during the same period.2.Focus groups for prevention of infectious diseases in Gansu County of Yuzhong province is 18-age group,male farmers and residents;5,6,July statutory infectious diseases;incidence of infectious disease in the southwest mountainous area residents of the statutory rate is higher than the northeast mountainous area and central area residents incidence;viral hepatitis,tuberculosis,bacterial dysentery and other infectious diarrhea and mumps is focus on the prevention and control of legal infectious diseases. |
