[Background]Infectious diseases caused by pathogen are the general term for a variety of diseases that can be transmitted between people or animals as well as people and animals. Infectious disease caused huge disaster and panic to human society. Plague and cholera have been rampant at that time in history. People have made brilliant achievements in the process of fighting against infectious diseases. But by continuous interaction with the environment and responding to different environmental signals, microbes made rapid change in gene expression leading to the emergence of new infectious diseases such as SARS in2003and influenza H1N1in the year of2009. On the other hand, due to changes in ecological environment, biological characteristic variation of human and micro-organisms and other factors, the once controlled diseases (such as tuberculosis, malaria) are popular again in a small area. Therefore, the struggle between humans and pathogenic microorganisms is long lasting. The resurgence of old infectious diseases and emergence of new infectious diseases are irreversible public health situation, and this is the grim reality of human development and social development which can’t be avoided. Over the years, rat plague and cholera is under control and has no mass outbreak, but the Class B and Class C infectious disease epidemic situation has been fairly severe which has become a major public health problem. To grasp the dynamic trend of the notifiable Infectious diseases in Jining Central District from2005to2011, the study used descriptive epidemiological methods to analysis the data collected. We also made a focus analysis on the four infectious diseases-viral hepatitis, dysentery, mumps, tuberculosis. [Objectives]1. Grasp the dynamic trend of the notifiable Infectious diseases in Jining Central District from2005to2011, to provide a scientific basis data for the prevention and control measures of infectious diseases.2. Made focused analysis on popular trend of Viral hepatitis, Dysentery, Mumps, Tuberculosis from2005to2011.[Methods]Our data is collected from the disease surveillance and information reporting system (ie, infectious diseases and reporting system). We used Excel2007and the SPSS17.0to statistic the data to calculate morbidity, mortality, fixed base ratio. Using descriptive epidemiological methods to analyze the dynamic trends and popular features of different gender, different occupations, different routes of transmission and so on. Made focus analysis on the Dynamic popular trend of viral hepatitis, dysentery, mumps and tuberculosis in2005-2011.[Mainresults]1. Notifiable infectious diseases prevalence in Jining Central District from2005to2011.From2005to2011, a total of25kinds of notifiable diseases17,116cases were reported, with seven kinds nine cases death. The average annual incidence rate is490.21/100000, of which the highest incidence in2009.Before2009, incidence rate overall showed a upward trend, after2009incidence rates showed a downward trend. The average annual mortality rate was0.26/100000. B notifiable infectious diseases morbidity overall showed downward trend which with a report of19kinds6329cases and six kinds of eight cases death; Before2009, incidence rate of C notifiable infectious diseases overall showed a upward trend, after2009incidence rates showed a downward trend, with a report of cumulative incidence of6kinds10,767cases and1death.There was no A notifiable infectious diseases reported.2. Population distribution of notifiable infectious diseases in Jining Central District from2005to2011.2005-2007, Incidence of notifiable infectious diseases of males is always higher than the incidence of women; view from age, incidence20to55year-olds is the highest,0-7year-olds followed; from occupational composition ratio of view, children had the highest incidence, followed by workers, students in third, of which from 2006to2009, children in the proportion of infectious diseases increased significantly. The incidence of two rural areas town were significantly lower than the incidence of infectious diseases of the streets in urban areas.3. The onset of notifiable infectious diseases Jining Central District from2005to2011.From2005to2007, other infectious diarrheal diseases, viral hepatitis, dysentery, tuberculosis, mumps has been ranked top five. As the rising incidence of measles,in2008, the incidence of measles came up to the top five, ranking fifth. In2009, the incidence of foot and mouth disease and influenza dramatic increase and came up to the top five and were ranked first and second place.2010onwards, the incidence of mumps re-enter the top five, ranked second.In2011, influenza and foot and mouth disease incidence decreased and out of the top five overall incidence position. In2011, syphilis incidence for the first time into the top five, ranking fifth.4. The features of different types of notifiable infectious diseases Jining Central District from2005to2011.From2005to2011, the blood-borne and sexually transmitted diseases has been ranked first in four categories of infectious diseases, and the incidence rate is much higher than other types of infectious diseases; respiratory diseases ranked second. From2005to2008, the incidence of Respiratory diseases was rising,from2008to2011show a downward trend in its incidence:incidence of intestinal infectious diseases from2005until the beginning of2011showed an average annual downward trend.From2005to2011natural foci and vector-borne diseases incidence rate has remained at a low level, the incidence rate did not significantly change.5.The features of several major notifiable infectious diseases Jining Central District from2005to2011.Analysis showed, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis and other infectious diseases is still a major health threat of the people of Jining Central District, syphilis and other sexually transmitted diseases showed an upward trend in recent years.Foot and mouth disease, measles, influenza and other respiratory tract diseases in recent years there have been outbreaks, it should continue to strengthen the prevention and control of these diseases.[Conclusions]1.From2005to2011, incidence rate of notifiable infectious diseases in Jining Central District overall showed a upward trend;2.
