Based On The Process Reengineering For Dalian Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Services To Improve Research

With the vigorous development of the medical and health cause in China, the service model of medical and health institutions is gradually from "medical centered " to " patient centered". But some public medical institutions still follow the old management ideas that treat public institutions as the main body, and can't adapt to the market demand and changes in the theory.Obviously,it can not meet the needs of the new era.As the demand of the patients for medical institutions is more and more comprehensive,so when the medical institutions meet the need from patients, they should also change ideas, enhance the service concept, and provide health products taking patients as the center. So the medical institutions improve the service process and design brand-new business process that can give the most convenient and expedite medical environment to patients,and can alleviate the pressure of patients to go to a doctor. In the 1990 s, the American scholar Hammer and Ciampi put forward process reengineering theory, after decades of practice, the theory is applied to various fields, we identify the process reengineering theory is also applied to medical services, we can use it to reshape the entire service process and achieve the goal of taking patients as the center,especially to the public medical institutions.This article takes the Dalian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine as the research object, used the literature analysis, social investigation method, interview method and other research methods, by analyzing and contrasting nearly five years data including business income, spending,the number of outpatient and use SPSS data analysis according to the results of the survey.Besides,I also do a questionnaire which are answered by patients and i interview with the some of the head,and found that there are some problems with income and the satisfaction of patients.Therefore,in the view of the problems that occurred in The Dalian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,this article makes some suggestions such as treating outpatient clinic as pilot project and reshaping service process using information platform as the main means.These suggestions are in ord to simplify some processes,for example registration,waiting,prescriptions and getting the medicines,etc.Above all, the problems can be solved like the stagnation of income and the low level of patients' satisfaction by saving time of patients and simplifying the workflow.
