Under the background of deepening new medical reform,increasing service awareness of hospitals and rapid development of information technology,it has become the focus of medical service construction to deeply combine information technology with various aspects of hospital management and medical business and build the "intelligent hospital model".Based on the theory of process reengineering,this paper studies whether the hospital business process reengineering can solve the problems of the current hospital process,so as to improve the service level.To design a new set of inpatient mode for QL hospital,this paper analyzes the status quo of QL hospital's inpatient business process by means of questionnaire and interview,and then points out the existing problems by using SWOT and fishbone diagram method and summarizes them.The following conclusions can be drawn in the research: First,hospital business process reengineering is the reengineering of process media carrier.For example,electronic hospitalization ticket and intelligent bed reservation platform could replace paper hospitalization ticket,which can solve the problem of unclear bed information and backward information.Secondly,it is the reengineering of settlement model.The adoption of modern information technology and the usage of self-service machines and third-party payment platforms instead of manual processes can improve the efficiency of patient business.Thirdly,hospital business process reengineering is the reengineering of artificial window function.Create the function of "one-stop" window,improve the diversification of manual window business,can shorten the patient queuing time,improve their satisfaction;Finally,hospital business process reengineering is the reengineering of staff's business ability.Since process reengineering requires a long-term process,involving the reengineering of business skills of many departments,which makes staff must constantly find problems in the actual work,improve theirbusiness ability,and make the process run efficiently.In practical work,the process reengineering needs to be constantly improved,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions: First,establish bed reservation mechanism to ensure the reasonable arrangement of bed resources.Second,strengthen the construction of self-service machine to improve the use rate of self-service machine.Third,improve the compatible medical insurance system and break the "geographical" settlement.
