Objective:From the data analysis of Wumei pills,research the application rules and promote the clinical practice.Methods:Screened out 122 related medical records cases according to the inclusion criteria,and analyzed by statistical software,getting a comprehensive study of Wumei pills syndrome from the treatment of the disease,symptoms,tongue and pulse,deteriorate,frequency of herb used and dosage of various aspects.Results:The core symptoms:loose stools,limbs cold,upset,fatigue,insomnia,loss of appetite,abdominal pain,chills,nausea,dry mouth,bitter,dry mouth,dizziness;core tongue:the tongue have the pink color;tongue figure mainly formed with fat tongue and teeth marked;and tongue have kinds of thin white fur,thin yellow fur,greasy fur,white fur;Core pulse:the core pulse give first place to string heavy fine pulse.Conclusion:Wumei pills give the first place to digestive system in clinical treatment;pathogenesis is upper heat(liver heat),middle depression,lower cold(spleen and kidney deficiency);1 a.m.to 3 a.m.is the high time period for the treatment of Wumei Pill syndrome onset or exacerbation.
