Recovery Of Meniscus Injury Of Knee Joint After Arthroscopy Clinical Study On The Effect Of Huoxue Zhitong Lotion On The

Objective: Through the observation of Huoxue Zhitong lotion with arthroscopic meniscectomy on the efficacy of meniscus injury,the lotion effect and explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,for meniscus injury underwent arthroscopic partial meniscectomy patients provide a new rehabilitation treatment scheme.Methods: From March 2015 to August 2016,a total of 60 cases of unilateral meniscectomy under arthroscope were collected Patients were randomly divided into experimental group(treated with Huoxue Zhitong lotion)and control group(with routine treatment),30 cases in each group.Two patients were given postoperative routine drug therapy and functional exercise.2 weeks after surgery in the experimental group after suture removal,combined with Huoxue Zhitong lotion fumigation knee;control group only routine drug therapy and functional exercise.Comparing the experimental group and the control group after 2 weeks,after 3 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks after operation,postoperative pain degree(VAS score),joint swelling degree(joint circumference difference),femoral head four muscle atrophy,joint flexion and extension range the knee joint and Lysholm score statistics,all patients returned to normal The time spent in the work and the life,the patients were asked about the adverse reactions during the treatment,and all the data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.The results showed that P 0.05 was statistically significantResults:(1)2 weeks after surgery,the experimental group and the control group in the VAS score,joint swelling,muscle atrophy of femoral head four degrees,and the knee joint Lysholm score had no statistical significance(P > 0.05);the experimental group after 6 weeks,3 weeks and postoperative VAS score,joint swelling degree.The femoral head four muscle atrophy,and Lysholm score compared with the control group,there was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after 12 weeks the experimental group compared with the control group of the data,only VAS score was statistically significant(P < 0.05),other type was not statistically significant(P = 0.05);patients in the experimental group returned to normal life time less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);the experimental group found no skin allergy,flushing bubble obvious adverse phenomenon.Conclusion:(1)Smoked Xian Huoxue Zhitong agent on knee joint swelling of knee meniscus after partial hepatectomy,with remission and good treatment effect and can improve the local pain,joint flexion Extension of the scope of activities,so as to promote the recovery and improve the function of knee joint;(2)Huoxue Zhitong lotion combined with routine drug therapy and functional exercise can speed up the recovery;(3)Huoxue Zhitong lotion economic and easy,easy to use,small side effect,the curative effect is reliable,can be used in combination with western medicine rehabilitation methods to speed up the speed of recovery,worthy of promotion;(4)Huoxue Zhitong lotion can relieve postoperative swelling and pain symptoms through the power of traditional Chinese medicine penetration and thermal effect,promote the recovery and improve the knee function,but its pharmacological mechanism has not been elucidated,further research is needed.
