Effect Of Huoxue Zhitong Lotion Fumigation On Early Recovery Of Ankle Fracture After Operation

Objective:To observe the effect of Huoxue Zhitong lotion on the early recovery of ankle fracture after operation,and to provide clinical basis for the treatment of ankle fracture.methods:From June 2018 to December 2019,90 patients with ankle fracture who met the requirements of the study were injury in the affiliated people's Hospital of Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the order of admission,30 cases were randomly divided into basic group,warm water group and traditional Chinese medicine group by drawing lots.The basic group was given routine basic treatment after operation,the warm water group was treated with warm water after operation,traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Huoxue Zhitong lotion washing after operation.The follow-up was 8 weeks.VAS score,swelling regression index,AOFAS score and total clinical efficacy evaluation were used to evaluate the efficacy.During the follow-up period,1 related index was recorded before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Data were analyzed statistically using SPSS 20.0.Results:1.The VAS scores of each observation point in the three groups after treatment were compared,and the P-values were all less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The P-values of each observation time point were all less than 0.05 between the three groups.The results showed that the treatment of all three groups could reduce the postoperative ankle pain,and the effect was more obvious over time,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the other two groups.2.The swelling values of each observation point in the three groups after treatment were compared,and the P-values were all less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the three groups,the swelling value and swelling regression rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the three groups of treatment can reduce the swelling value and increase the swelling regression rate.the traditional Chinese medicine group is superior to the other two groups,and the early stage is more obvious.3.The AOFAS scores of each observation point in the three groups after treatment were compared,and the P-values were all less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Indicating that all three groups of treatment could improve the AOFAS score.The comparison between the two groups 4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,the P-values of traditional Chinese medicine group were all less than 0.05,suggesting that the treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine group was the best.The AOFAS score determination of the three groups was P<0.05.In multiple comparisons,the P value of the traditional chinese medicine group compared with the other two groups <0.05.All the results showed that the three groups had the effect of promoting postoperative ankle rehabilitation,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was better to the other two groups.4.The total clinical efficacy of three groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Compared between groups,the P-values of traditional Chinese medicine group were all less than 0.05.It is suggested that the total treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine group is obviously better than the other two groups.5.There is no obvious adverse effect of Huoxue Zhitong lotion on human body.Conclusion:The treatment of Huoxue analgesic lotion has a clear and good effect in reducing the early postoperative pain of ankle fracture,eliminating swelling,promoting the functional recovery of ankle after surgery,and has no obvious adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing in clinic practice.
