Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Zhitong lotion on early knee osteoarthritisMethods: All cases were from the Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital outpatient department of orthopedics,the acquisition time is from March 2015 to March 2016,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients were selected by random allocation method,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,after statistics processing,two groups of patients with gender,age and no significant difference the degree of the illness,comparable.Treatment group used tenghuangjiangu pill + Huoxue Zhitong lotion,the control group using tenghuangjiangu pill + compound capsaicin patch,and patients in each group were combined with functional exercise,unit four biceps contraction exercises,straight leg raising exercises,free bike Exercise.4 weeks as a treatment stage,each group took two stages,followed up for a period of 4 months,the use of the two scoring systems were compared between the two groups after treatmentResults: The two groups after treatment score before treatment were significantly decreased,the difference was significant(P<0.01),the treatment group was decreased significantly after treatment.The difference between two groups of symptom score had significant difference(P<0.01),that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: Huoxue Zhitong lotion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a significant effect,can reduce the clinical symptoms,improve joint function and improve the quality of life of patients,is a good treatment...
