Clinical Study Of Chai Pingtang In The Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis With Somatization

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with somatization symptoms,and to provide a reliable reference for future clinical application.Methods: Methods 60 cases of bile reflux gastritis with somatic symptoms were divided into two groups.The experimental group of 30 cases,treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction(Chai Pingtang)treatment;the control group of 30 cases,treated with domperidone,Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets symptomatic treatment.During treatment are not other drug treatment.Two groups were observed before and after treatment of patients with bile reflux gastritis clinical symptoms and somatic symptoms curative effect.Results: the experimental group and the control group of bile reflux gastritis symptom curative effect,were cured in 36.67%,effective in 46.67%,13.33%;23.33%;10%,16.67%;20%;6.67% ineffective,the total efficiency of 93.33%,80%;the body of the experimental group and the control group of clinical symptoms,were cured in 40%,effective in 36.67%,13.33%;23.33%;20%,16.67%;20%;3.33% ineffective,the total effective rate of 9 6.67%,80%;the two groups to compare the clinical efficacy of P<0.05,there was significant difference between treatment group,bile reflux gastritis and somatic symptoms than the control group curative effect.The curative effect of gastroscopy two group were cured in 53.33%,effective 36.67%,23.33%;60%;16.67%;3.33% ineffective,the total efficiency of 96.67%,compared to two 80.00%.group the total effect of P<0.01,so there is a significant difference,namely the experimental group gastroscopy was better than the control group.Conclusion: Chaiping decoction can effectively improve the bile reflux gastritis with somatic symptoms in patients with various clinical symptoms,fully reflects the great advantages of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis with somatic symptoms,compared with western medicine treatment,has the advantages of high safety,efficacy,side effects is low.
