Clinical Study Of Treating Verrucosal Gastritis With Add And Subtract Of Chu-Wei-Ping-Yi-Tang

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of add and subtract of Cu-Wei- Ping Yi-Tang on treating the appetite weak type of Verrucosal Gastritis (VG) ,in order to provide an(?) effective drug of treating VGMethods: Choose 60 patients in the Secondary Hospital of Fuzhou City diagnosed with verrucosal gastritis (the appetite weak type) from January, 2008 to January, 2009.A11 the cases are divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group.each group has 30 cases.There were no significant difference(P>0.05) in sex,age,course,symptoms,signs, gastroscoptic and pathological changes,HP infection rate between two groups.The treatment group was given add and subtract of Cu-Wei- Ping-Yi-Tang two times per day with 1 pack each time,the control group was given Wei-Fu-Chun three times per day with 4 pills each time.3 months is one course of treatment.Symptoms,signs,gastroscoptic and pathological changes of each group were observed before and after one course of treatment.Results: 1. Treatment group and control group for the immature type verrucous gastritis compared with 13 cases of treatment group cured, 4 cases of effective and ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate was 94.44%. Cured three cases of the control group, 14 cases of effective and ineffective in 3 cases, total effective rate was 85.00 percent, the overall effects of the two groups have significant difference (P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group.2. Treatment group and control group in clinical symptoms, mature verrucous gastritis under the effect of gastroscopy and pathological efficacy, eradication of HP has obvious curative effect, but rather the two effects.Conclusions: 1. Add and subtract of Cu-Wei- Ping-Yi-Tang can improve patients' clinical symptom obviously and improve patients' living quality.2.Add and subtract of Cu-Wei- Ping-Yi-Tang type on immature endoscopic mucosal VG significantly change the effect.3. Add and subtract of Cu-Wei- Ping-Yi-Tang has no obviously side effects discovered in in the treatment.
