The huangjin fang are based on clinical experience in medicine, pharmacology research with the development of modern traditional Chinese Herbs.It consists of Huangqin and Jinlianhua two heat drugs commonly used flavor composition. Jun medicine Huangqin with the effect heat dampness and purging fire. Chen medicine Jinlianhua, can help the power of Huangqin Qingrejiedu. Compatibility between the two played a total of detoxification effect. This comprehensive study on the prescription of Huangjin from the extraction process, safety, pharmacology and other aspects, trying to provide accurate experimental basis for treatment of the Influenza and the hand, foot and mouth disease and other exogenous disease.In the extraction study, we used HPLC method, single herb Huangqin extract, Jinlianhua single herb extract, Compound extract gold side three methods of huangjin fang extraction side compound extract from the main active ingredients baicalin, orientin determine the content of glycosides. By comparing the extraction of single herbs together with the compound extracted from extracts of two methods of baicalin, orientin HPLC, preferably better extraction process prescription drugs. The results showed that:a single herb and compound extracted from a common extraction method extracts both baicalin and similar orientin HPLC, combined with industrial production conditions and costs, to determine the extraction of 60% ethanol 3 times, each time a Hours, solid-liquid ratio of 1:10 on the huangjin fang drug compound extracted as crude extract production side the better technology.In drug safety studies, acute toxicity tests in mice, we (the maximum amount of test administration) observe the acute toxicity of the Huangjinfang, experimental results show that:ICR mice by the huangjinfang of the maximum dose volume 172.8g/kg (converted by crude drug),28.8 times of the dose of subsequent experiments in mice pharmacodynamics 6g/kg, the dose of no significant toxicity, safety is high.In pharmacodynamic studies, we have the huangjinfang in vivo antiviral, antibacterial effect in vivo, immune regulation, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic effect a comprehensive evaluation, including the following:1 Use intranasally infected mice with normal mice and the establishment of immunocompromised pneumonia model of influenza virus infection. Treatment and preventive administration were used to observe the Huangjinfang of mouse lung index, mortality, survival time, evaluation of the Huangjin fang strain influenza H1N1 FM1 and PR8 infected rats. The pharmacological effects of exogenous disease for the etiology, pathology and clinical features and other aspects, as the representative of the exogenous influenza Syndrome has significant therapeutic effect.
